I do not recommend this drill at all. Unlike its appearance that seems sturdy, its chuck wobbles causing drill bits to break fast. Also the hammer switch breaks off easily. I have tried at least 3 of these drills and all had these defect. It is a manufacturing defect. Read the reviews on HF and you find out how many people complained about the same issues. Unfortunately, HF still sells this defective product.
@@DesignBuildFixReview Just to test it put a drill bit in the chuck and spin the drill slowly by pushing the trigger slowly. Observe the chuck for its imperfection and wobbly motion. If yours is not like that no reason for return but given a large number of people have complained about this issue I believe it is a manufacturing flaw. Unfortunately I could not return mine since it passed the return window. So I'm stuck with it and can't use it since it breaks my bits.
@@Emry11 Mine seems to rotate good, no wobble. I can image issues that never get resolved years later. I would suggest buying another exact same model and return the old one in that box. If they don't care about producing a good product let them eat it.
