As a Walsall fan, it is nice to finally have a squad that clearly wants to play for the manager, each other, and the club. The football is also very exciting and kind of in line with my own view on winning a game of football, which is if you're effective in your attacks, then there's no need to go chasing possession for possession's sake. Although American owners get a bad rep, I have to give Trivela some credit too as the way they have transformed the attitude higher up the club is brilliant, and after going to our Fan's Forum earlier this week, it sounds like if the important loan players are called back in January, we will likely be fine as the entire approach to recruitment is far better than what we've had before (just look at the likes of Jellis, Williams and Barrett as examples). It really does feel like this season will be the one, and if Mat Sadler keeps the morale high I'm sure any setbacks, such as losing 2-6 to Fleetwood, will be nothing more than minor annoyances than major problems. Also, if you like that our manager's last name is Sadler, our new CEO is called Ben Sadler.
Great vid guys. Hopefully a season to remember for us, certainly a great start. Big pluses for us is our depth so much quality to come off the bench with 4 great 8s in Lakin jellis hall and earing and forwards which all have different great properties in cleary johnson and adomah. Have a few tough games incoming before the new year so if we are up there in January i will start to believe. Ps shoutout to Dave Okagbue who you didnt mention, not necessarily first choice “on paper” but has been a good performer so far. Hopefully we can keep hold of Lowe in January, Stoke won’t want him back he’s not that good😁
Great analysis Guys- very thorough, well researched and accurate. I hope you keep it up and enjoy a successful future in this field if that’s your aim.
Stop getting excited, don't forget we lost at home 6-2 to Fleetwood so we are just as vulnerable as any other team in L2, Christmas fixtures will normally show if we are good enough to go up. UTS
Walsall had some big wins but mainly against weaker teams, haven't done so well against the higher place teams, many of which they still have to play 🤔
Quite a few teams have given Grimsby a beating so I wouldn't really expect them to make the playoffs, Chesterfield seems to be draw specialist. When you have played Notts, Vale, Donny, the other two Dons MK and Wimbledon Bradford should see if your real contenders. 🤔⚽
@@richardsilverwood4350well you need to look at our cup runs, we have beat league one sides-Exeter, Huddersfield, Birmingham and just beat Bolton in the fa cup and only lost to premier league side Leicester on penalties! I’m sure we will do fine 😉
Ohhh you come for a draw and got one, you couldn’t beat 10 man port vale or Bradford, we just beat port vale 🤪🤪 top of the league! You keep getting your draws, winning isn’t for everyone 😜

Completely agree - however, Canadian owners not American!
@@andrewclayton4540 Ben Boycott is Canadian, but I believe Trivela are based in Birmingham, Alabama
@@fallenmaniac8052 ah yeah you’re right, American firm but Canadian owners

Thanks so much mate. That's the plan!
Got the carlisle game spot on at the end. New sub from me
Another fantastic video guys. Apart from Vale League two is very open this season. I thought town did well to get a point out of Walsall.
Thanks again mate!
Nice pfp mate, did a career mode with chesterfield and I’ve led them to win the prem two years in a row👍
7 days ago you said Port Vale were storming L2!! Make your minds up 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Apart from a 4-1 win away against a play off team in Grimsby . A win over Bradford in the play offs and a draw where we dominated against chesterfield
Literally battered Grimsby

@@richardsilverwood4350Walsall have beaten Exeter, Huddersfield, birmingham, shrewsbury and bolton all from the league above?
got stoppedtoday by accrington
Still a good point away from home, and stats show Walsall were the better team
Having to be "stopped" when away from home says it all
couldn't dominate the alex tho??

literally battered Crewe who came for a draw and to kick us off the park
