- IG-EX-7 Solo Degenbrecher Variant, 4 Defender Only
Defender only is really great on this map, cause in phase 2 you can completely ignore the snipers (they prioritize lowest DEF but all your ops have enough to tank), you can attack Degen out of range with Horn, reveal her invis with Jessica, stop her dash with Shu, and just DPS/tank with Eunectes. Phase 1 is kinda hard though, and I gave up on grabbing the inter-phase buff because it's better to save units to have DP to fight phase 2. It's a pretty useless buff for me anyways.

@@izeenox2645 yay! My first gameplay of it was somehow okay, (not the tutorial) but the 2nd and 3rd were ugh ... Especially since I didn't understand the stage mechanics of that rotating thing that needs to be atk'd 😞

Dude I've tried discord with friends on my phone and since it's banned in our country I also put on vpn so my ping is 400+ and I tried bastion defense, had literally 3 fps and when my friend had already finished it I was stil at 70/111 then got kicked out by the game without it counting as completed.

@@randx1075that's irrelevant, game doesn't use P2P connection for the coop mode. It still pings to servers but I'm guessing they're somewhere in EU for everyone. Got a German friend that has 100 ping while me and another friend in Asia get around 200+ minimum

Small note but I've been having my alt purposefully trigger a buff that doesn't apply to me
In general it'd be easiest if they took a mixed team cause that would give my units +10% stats but I feel like that ruins the spirit of a true solo

@@blitzrohan Yeah Arknights uses a #0000 account system (what Discord used to do) so there can be 10000 of the same username with different #0000 after it.
The moment I saw new coop mode, I immediately knew it would eventually turn into [insert your online game here] kind of relationship between players. No matter how good community is, there'll always be competition, even when you should be playing TOGETHER instead of against each other.

Though I do play randoms and bring a team that can solo the map just in case

Coop is sorta easy enough that it doesn't matter if both players mess up which is part of the fun imo

Yeah, apparently IG-7 and IG-EX-7 have two possible bosses. I got the Steam Knight for both.
It seems this also applies to IG-6 and its EX version, since I’ve gotten Corrupted Knight and Withered Knight but the enemy list suggests the Blood Knight is also a possibility.

Yea apparently IG-7 and IG-EX-7 has 2 boss but only 1 of them is chosen.
I think same with the beach one. There's a couple of variant. first one is Shit ton of caster to the left. Mudrock collosi party in the middle and a Rediculous shit ton of basic wollumonde enemy.
Phase 1 has a chance to be earlier chapter enemy. Or just a shit ton of Screaming flower

This event is pretty damn awesome. Didn't think I'd enjoy it as much as I have but I've been maxed on the rewards for over a day now and I've done at least a dozen matches since then.
Also, I really need Shu :(
When i first read about this stage, i think that steam knight and degen come both. Like other stage with blood knight and 2 corrupted. I glad that is not true)

Don't worry. I always got carried by doctor with Wisadel. 😂 I just need to keep them alive and assist them with defenders and healers. Maybe some dps to keep your own lane survive.

don't worry, that's why the mentor option exists, so people who do want to help new players can be paired with them. I enable that option all the time

Everyone I play with on this event has like full e2 maxed out 5/6* it makes me feel bad when I join with e1lvl 30s and a few e2 lvl 1s… we usually win tho but sometimes it gets rough…

My ping was 150+, which is kinda playable for regular maps, but i live far from EN servers in the North... Europe? Sadly, i even did not touched football since playing accurate and fast with such ping is impossible.
My ping was 220ish. And finished the football with 9 goal diff at beginner and 6 at advance.
It is still playable. But do not expect to helidrop goalkeepers.
To combat the ping, bring CC units to stall the enemies. Kafka and Suzuran s3 is the best.
Then use 'scorer' units such as Yato S3, Fartooth S3, Weedy S3, Ifrit S3.
Weedy S3 is the best among them.
If you have Wisadel, put her in the front of enemy goal to break the barricade.
idk if I got trolled by my partner on this map. My partner was playing Clutterknights, Muelsyse and Vigil summons were all over the place and I couldn't deploy units properly.

not that it really matters but wouldnt this technically be a five op since you need five defenders to trigger the defence buff?
i assume you cant start without six ops, and since triggering any other buff would require 'using' an operator of a different class, i would think that taking the def buff (and therefore a fifth defender) would be necessary
1. You can trigger the buff with a medic (in this case Lancet)
2. If you don't trigger any of the existing buffs you get +10% stats by default, which is much better than DEF for this strategy especially since I didn't kill the midboss
So if you were hypothetically allowed to take 4 ops, you would get the second buff by default which still works. But this game mode doesn't let you take less than 6 ops anyways

Average player doesn't play niches. If you want to play with other niche players, you need to host a lobby and convince them to join via private messaging outside the game
@@juh9870_projects nobody asked others to play niches. We just don't want a Wišadel occupying 4 tiles every single stage
I have Operator Logos, but I didn't promote him to E2 at that time. I mostly saw the majority of the players using Wiš'adel though, it makes the run easier for us to finish all objectives.
