Hi mam Ur simply superb. I tried ur instant puliyodharai mix came out super. As I m allergic to nuts I mixed and it t with rice took a little bit for myself and then I added peanut to the rest. Roasted methi powdered 1/2 tspn Urad dal 1 cup roasted Chana dal 1 cup roasted Dhania 1 cup roasted Red chili 2 cup stuffed - roasted Black pepper 1 tbsp roasted Black sesame seeds 2 tblspn roast Salt Jaggery 1 tbsp. Turmeric 1/2 tsp Asafetida 1 tspn Grind above items coarsely in mixy. Now roast 1 cup tamarind till it turns crispy. Cool it and blend it with the spice mix powder. Alow to cool. Now add roasted peanuts and mix well. To make puliyodharai- Heat oil, add mustard allow to crackle. Add 1 spoon chana dal and roast. Now add premix and saute for 30 seconds. Now add fresh curry leaves. Mix this to cooled cooked rice and mix well. Serve with papad.
