What I appreciate most is that you keep things as clean and organized as you can. I've worked in so many kitchens with so many slobs that just through stuff around all day long. I hate working around clutter or working around huge messes. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about.
Keeps things clean? You should see the video where he dipped his hands into the nasty bucket of water to get a rag, then directly touched the lettuce and tomatoes with the same hand. Yeah, real clean.
Chef you are an absolute machine!!! There is no wasted movement in your workspace whatsoever. I had to do three months mess helper in the Navy. The way you cracked those eggs reminds me of PO Grayson. Once I learned how to crack eggs one handed without breaking the yolk I felt like I had some real skill 😆😆. Your videos make me hungry.
I have tried real hard to be a line cook. But I couldn't handle a rush by myself. I was too focused and deliberate to keep up. But I loved trying. Thank you Cocinero
I recently found your channel and have been watching your videos since. I truly enjoy watching you work. I used to run a fast food restaurant that would really get busy on peak hours/days and I appreciate the hustle I see from you so much. Keep it up you have many fans here in Australia where I’m from I’m sure. Thanks for the videos
Love watching your videos. You work so fast and keep a clean work area . Impressive. Quick question. Why do you use so much grease/melted butter? A whole ladle of grease for just a few eggs! Half a ladle of grease poured over a few onions and peppers (from a different video).
He did a video showing what he does before opening (just getting things fired up, cooking the breakfast sausages, making a batch of gravy)... But I'm pretty sure most of the prep is done the afternoon/night before. I don't know how many other kitchen staff there are throughout the day.
Dang I wanna order me a monster breakfast bacon, egg, cheese, potatoes, and refried beans over here we call them taco locos. I like to try it burrito style Great work there 👍🏼
I occasionally make about 3 breakfast burrito's at home and eat them throughout the week. I really focused in on how he rolls them and can't wait to try it next time I make some. Hopefully they won't end up on the floor. :)
i usually have to do 3-4 hours alone on line. It is what it is. I kinda just go with the mentality they are on my time, I can go only as quick as I am.
Excellent skills and organization. 17 minute burritos! Although they're dry (sin salsa, crema, queso o frijoles son burros gringos) I admire how many people you feed by yourself. Love your videos.
I think you should get a food truck you would be successful, you just need to believe in your self and take the plunge, when I was 25 I owed 1.5 million on equipment and now 45 years later I owe nothing. So you can do it you have the skills.
why don't you prep your omlette toppings? you stop everything to prep each order? thats kind of slowing everything down. also, who not have your scrambled and omlette eggs already scrambled. You have skills but its little things like that that slow you down

I've watched enough videos that I pretty much know where everything is in that kitchen.

Ich bekomme immer Hunger davon verdammt 😂
Me too😊
That is a job I could never do. You’re very skilled and I hope you are compensated well. You clearly deserve it.
I’d love to try one of those big breakfast burritos for sure
Had them like this at my former job (chorizo with hashbrowns and salsa). It would serve as both a breakfast and leftover lunch.
When he took a little piece off of the second sausage burrito and added it to the smaller third burrito. This foo read my mind 😂
You doing awesome job making sure the orders are correct the food looks delicious and you make your customers happy

I wish my local diner works as fast as you! Super efficient. Much Respect 👍

Even a casual style restaurant Line cooking should pay a lot more than it does.
Respect man. Been cooking for years too and you do a good job.
Ive never wanted a breakfast burrito as much as i do watching this video 😂

This chef reads our minds. I'm saying to myself, gotta flip the pancakes boom, he flips them. Gotta flip the steak boom he flips it.
Thank you for these

In a separate garbage bin would you save the avocado shells, onion shells etc for compost? That's if you are thinking about making a garden at home.
99 percent of workers/restaurants dont do this as they have a load of other things on their plate, also a lot of people dont have a garden at home
@P3ntakiller I mean it's a good idea for free compost.
@@XanianEmpire The if is that he isn't working under his own policies.
Lolol it all gets burned overseas
People eat your food because they like the way you make it. Don’t change a thing.❤❤❤
wish I could visit this place but I don't know where it is lol
Liked strictly because of the Title.
Love the videos man I'm thinking about open my own restaurant
In this economy?
I occasionally make about 3 breakfast burrito's at home and eat them throughout the week. I really focused in on how he rolls them and can't wait to try it next time I make some. Hopefully they won't end up on the floor. :)
I'm not sure why...but I love watching your videos!

Just came across your channel, coming from other yt cook. I enjoy your vids, gonna stay :) Keep'em coming!
The title of this video is true. A head chef needs other trained cooks to make the head chef look good.
man I wish I had 2 of you working with me keep up the good work man
I started cracking eggs with one hand after watching you for awhile. Took a few tries but it's the my goto now
If I work by you or you were near my route, I would probably eat there every day,, great job on handling the rush
It's addicting to watch lol
This guy can move, little wasted movement, organized, what a boss
Llegó mi momento feliz 😂🎉
Excellent job 👏
Straight skill working in flow

Great job on your mise en place chef!!!
Do you throw away some perfectly good food because you can't make the portions even slightly bigger???
I really want one of your omelettes, they always look so good.
BEAST!....MODE! ...ALL ....DAY....
The prep work would be the most annoying to me. There should be a dedicated person just for that and stock-related issues.
I think you should get a food truck you would be successful, you just need to believe in your self and take the plunge, when I was 25 I owed 1.5 million on equipment and now 45 years later I owe nothing. So you can do it you have the skills.
is that clarified butter or oil you are using? much respect , i have over 20 years in
it is an oil....he has shown it before....it comes in a big tin
Coconut oil
That flat top clean af boi
Difference between the yellow and white paper? For red meat and chicken?
Cool video thank you. Compa what kinda shoes do you wear? I want some comfy shoes I can stand in for a long time. Thank you
I love your videos thank you so much
Execelente viendo la RG! Saludos hermano desde Monterrey
Watching these videos give me the same feeling that I’m playing cooking mama or papa’s pizzeria gave me as a kid lol
If you had help cooking in the morning would you guys just be in each other’s way? Or do you want help?
can't get enough...
take one pancake, one egg over medium and bacon. NOW.
I love your channel my brother. Do you ever go live when you're cooking? That would be cool to see you in action live in real time. 😊
💛💛💛
Is this place open 24hrs, and the oil used is so yellow ..is it butter flavored shortening?
I wish i knew what restaurant this is, food always looking bomb af 🔥
Is there no ice in this kitchen? Tools are not being kept out of danger zone
DO YOU DO YOUR OWN FOOD PREP? HAVE A VIDEO ON IT?
Chef can always handle a kitchen by himself. Its called being understaffed and not willing to pay people
So do you never use seasoning?
Whats the oil that he puts on griddle before putting the food on
So is there a heat lamp on top of that bacon or his just serving it cold?
i had the same question. i think hes throwing it on top of the eggs to reheat lol
A huevo! Videito
i always wanted to know. How does that bacon stay warm? is it like a heater thing under it?
i think hes throwing it on the eggs or pancakes and letting it heat that way
Where? Where?? I wanna go. Where is this place..
Sorry new on the channel but is this at a ihop or Denny’s???
Your the best
Hamburgers looked so good!🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔
I think I'm gonna give our chef here the nickname of "egg slayer" with how many he goes through per day lol
Skillz!
I can feel that pack of malbaros after that rush hour and you take a seat.
Is that oil or butter you use in that container?
I'd like to know the same.
Aste unos tacos o una disciada en el canton 🔥 saludos desde phoenix,az
Which I would assume you have for a learned skill or craft like a chef
👍👍
When you have a job as a cook and you go home and watch your job again for 47 mins
What is that red sauce that you squeeze from the wrapper?
I think that is chorizo sausage.
What were you watching on or listening on RUclips? What's that political or sports ... yo escucho pod cast tambien trabajando haciendo pizza.....
But if you are the only one on the line, who is doing prep?
Skillzzzzzz
Viejon, como se llaman esos burritos con hash brown y huevos.
