I'm currently working on my MSA prereqs for an online MSA program. I have an unrelated bachelors and was wondering if it mattered which classes I chose to complete my MSA. The program offers 18 classes and requires 10 classes to earn the degree. Since I don't have a background in accounting, I'm not entirely sure which classes to select. Does it matter at the end of the day which classes I choose to complete my degree?
If you're simply trying to get hired at a public accounting firm, then it won't matter too much as long as you get the degree with a 3.0 GPA or up upon graduation. If you're trying to go more into a private firm, them choose classes that relate to that particular industry (i.e. computer science courses if you're trying to become an accountant at Apple, etc)
wait emails related to engagement work arent billable hours? 💀 everyone around me says they are and ive treated it as such with no issues so far lol, currently at a big 4 wont say which but ive never heard this before
Means non-billable. You still mark your time for it and get paid for it. But it’s not counted towards actual “work” billable hours toward your 60hr+ per week. Most firms will allow 5-10hrs non-billable hours and will change during busy season
Great video Will, let’s talk MBA HR. I went from recruiting to HR analyst recently. I also worked accounting before I left the company we worked together. I’m setting up to vlog soon if you ever want to collaborate.
@Rajanish k accutane sometimes causes some hairloss, but it's temporary. If mpb runs in the family, it's likely due to that. I was already going bald before accutane but it didn't speed it up. It stayed about the same

Nah, all the men in my family went bald by 30. It runs in the family. Accutane is not to blame.
