Crime patrol can colour Police as angles. but in reality Indian police is corrupt as hell especially those in UP ,Bhihar . I am sure this case was solved only because one of their cop got killed and so naturaly they wants to keep the moral of the police force by capturring the criminal . Cops and politicians are equally criminals they get their share of black money for all the criminal activities. They act only when these criminal gangs go beyond their control and gets in to the media/public attention.

This is what needs change,any criminal even if he's a juvenile keep on attempting crime and doesn't show behaviour to be afraid by the consequences of crimes should be dealt in the way of an adult. Even of the 1st attempt the prosecution should convince the court that these children should be treated like adults in courts.
