Love and Rockets were the remnants of Bauhaus when Peter Murphy pursued a solo career in the early eighties so they formed a new group. Their debut album, The Seventh Dream of Teenage Heaven, is a new wave/psychedelic masterpiece. I smoked tons of black hash listening to it. The title track and the cover version of The Temptations, Ball of Confusion got some radio airplay. ruclips.net/video/TmpRZb9Qb6M/видео.html
A great and forgotten band from the reminisce of Bauhaus. Very underrated. In the imagery you can see the reference to The Bubblemen, another band with the same members.
Not just one hit wonders - my music experiences are vast, these guys were a solid part of the 80-90's California music scene. Ian Anderson from Jethro Tull on flute is obvious to his fans, this was my favorite song of theirs but Ball of Confusion is a great cover and they have other hits. Similarly Peter Murphy and Tones On Tail and so many other alternative vibes then. History
Love this band. The entire lp Earth Sun Moon is amazing! One of my top favorites of ALL time. P.S. this band is 3 of the 4 Bauhaus band mates. Bauhaus Bella Lugosis Dead would be their top hit.
I watch a lot of reactions videos, , I was surprised this was the only No Nee Tale to Tell reaction I could find. I would love to see a reaction to Fugazi Waiting Room!
I wish you'd listened to another song, but hey, I'll take any Love & Rockets at all. It's so hard for me to choose my fave, but I'll go with "Love Me." So good!
Being a teen in the 80s was amazing. Fucking great decade =)
Saw these guys at giant stadium with the pixies and the cure.
😵 That sounds amazing.
Wow!
@dajerk70 now I'm jealous 😄
the try to be all zen but also in that dmt realm of their bubble men theme.

dancing bees before Blind Melon did it
Correction:
Just to inform that they are Not Bees.
They are 'The Bubblemen'
(& they are coming...😁
They have an entire song about it)
@@1ListerofSmeg huh. Looked like bees to me. Thanks for the clarification.
I love this song. It's got my name written all over it.
