    Any videos of the new CAPAs also I wonder if they will ever replace the Heavys the 6x2/4 pumpers or just go to all mediums

    • @seqemergencyvehicles
      @seqemergencyvehicles  4 года назад +1

      Corey Dark, nup, not online yet as not one crew has completed the required 400 hours training on it - They're replacing the TAPs mate (311J, 632J, 501J, 517J, 516J, 225J and whatever the Mackay Juliette is)

      @@seqemergencyvehicles ok and gee 400 hours training that's a bit much and then why all the hype and media about the new trucks also a shame they're not buying any more of them as they could be well used in areas such the Rocky, Cairns Townsville, Toowoomba unless they've got one and Sunshine Coast just to name a few places.

    • @seqemergencyvehicles
      @seqemergencyvehicles  4 года назад

      @@coreydark8795 yeah it's a lot of hours - I heard the kilo boys from 516 & 17 are also getting trained on it so they can operate it too - i haven't heard any "hyping activity" from the media about the new CAPA's, especially with all this coronavirus going around - Yeah, Gladstone & Mackay are getting them for the northern coast, I dare say Cairns and Townsville and that will get one sometime next year.

      @@craigclaassen7346 late reply but yeah, they didn't bother fixing it because they knew it'd be decommissioned not long after it broke and I'm sure a stuffed wig wag is the least of their worries.

      @@samsqldresponces4584 Yep, thankfully the newer appliances have a device in their truck which shows them that the lights are activated or if they're not.

    7:56 can anyone tell me what siren this is?

    • @seqemergencyvehicles
      @seqemergencyvehicles  3 года назад

      Amazon Box, majority of the sirens used in this video are the Star Signal/Star Model SS700 siren. The appliances that sound like these all have the same sirens but some are pitched higher or lower in comparison to others. If you'd like to know what tones you heard in this video, it starts off with the phaser siren, then yelp and into the wail.
