They are both balletic skaters. Also, in an interview of a Japanese magazine, Nathan mentioned that he was inspired by John Curry. Though, "Nemesis" by John Curry would be a masterpiece as well.😆

@@grantnoroyan9275 You are right about they are different. That’s what make them great artists. However, just like Petipa, Balanchine, Forsythe and Pite. They are all different but relevant. You may not see the relevance between John and Nathan, but no one can make me deny what I see between them I'm afraid.
@@21yamazaki33 yes i never said they both were not great and they are both wonderful it is just difficult to try and compare skaters there is nothing the same about any skater they are all different that was all
@@grantnoroyan9275 I added the reason I made this video to the description as the above. On the 2017 December issue of the Japanese Fashion magazine “SPUR”, Nathan mentioned that he was inspired by John Curry (also Patrick Chan’s skating, and Stephane Lambiel’s interpretation of music). Then I found something relevant. Nathan’s homage to him perhaps. I hope this does not offend you.
I had never made the connection of them skating to the same music. Now I want to see John Curry skate to, "Nemesis"

Hever realized how much team_Raf and Marina STAN John Curry.
True, but I think Evgenia Chernyshova was still his coach when he did Peter and the Wolf.
Edit: Yes she was.
very different skaters from very different times there is nothing that is similar about them they are both unique and different
