Not possible... 9 band speaking has ultimate native speaking skills... They even take pauses, ummmm, mmmm, and all... But they are so confident in doing that.... And they have simple vocabulary unlike several teachers told us to use complex vocabs.. Because the teacher wants you to speak just like how you are talking to a friend in a coffee shop.

Reading is one of the easier sections as compared to the others. You have the content and you have to look for the answers. Key words, skimming, matching the words are some techniques. Do a few mock tests to start off and see which sections in reading need improvement
Why history not ....that could be a good aspect for due card however according to your idea computer ...but students was having interest on learning computers and schools was unable to manage quantity of the computers .....🤗it's my opinion
