hey foluwa! it’s me again lol! i just want to list a few info about this video. i’m going to edit this list as i continue to watch the video! - just for reference, JUSTHIS’ name is pronounced “jus-diss” for simplification - this video isn’t a freestyle, it’s just a compilation of justhis’ hottest verses from various songs and artists, but the second to last song was a freestyle! - he didn’t diss seventeen at all! he just referenced them and added a little word play - if i’m not wrong, i’m pretty sure one of his parents, i think his mother, is japanese. either that or he just learned japanese on his own! - these are songs that have already been released, excluding the second to last freestyle, which was a really freestyle! - justhis is probably one of the greatest freestylers that i have ever heard EVER, and not just korean rap. if i’m not mistaken he’s one of the best in korea. - justhis also probably has one of the best flows and lyrics i have ever heard as well lol. his flows are impeccable and his penmanship is superior. - in my opinion, what makes justhis so special and like no other is his pronounced words, you can really thoroughly understand every word he’s saying that it’s almost scary. no matter how fast he’s spitting u can still understand him all the time. - most of his songs r about his haters and how fucked up the current khiphop industry is full of “mumble rappers” - his song “gone” was about how much he wanted to retire at the time. at that time, he wasn’t really well known in the public, but thankfully he continued to push further his career and his passion for music, and now look where he is at! he finally achieved his dreams! - his freestyle verse was dedicated to all those haters! - in his freestyle, he mentioned those to go learn from Crush and Dean, showing his respects to them. hope u liked it! stan justhis :)
I think what makes him special is his live performance skills. Try to watch fancams of him performing in festivals, it’s insane how he can deliver those complex flows with perfection. That really separates him apart from other Korean rappers imo
