The religious people have their own places where they procure homes, this is why you see such massive growth of religious cities in Israel( Tiberius, harish as example). The people who were willing to pay high prices like idiots are in high tech sector, however high tech is massively sponsored by USA, and currently USA is not buying our products. So say what you want but the people who pushed economy here are high tech and we no longer have the money . So good luck thinking people will keep buying apartments because we are not.
