Well from what I heard from the vid it had a lot of MF Doom inspiration, but I won't even say anything since I haven't really listened to him (I'm 16), but I really like the whole feel of the album, and loved the skits

Those skits were hilarious, made to make fun of the comedy on the 80's 70's, make fun of radio hosts and so on. I personally liked it quite a lot, and I think it shouldn't be taken as an album but more like an animated sound movie

I've listened to the album 5 times and the story never gets old. Honestly, one of the best albums ive listened to in a while.
I really enjoy this project tbh. I think the production is great and while some of the skits are cringe I think it adds to the charm. Can’t wait for the sequel!

Just cause you are a reactor fantano, doesnt mean you should review your own album and give it a 10/10, and make an altar ego called 'watermelon'.
So here’s what I think of this project as a Logic fan. The production is great and Logic is basically flexing his prod skills the whole time. For the most part, the verses from logic take a backseat on this project. Seems like he’s mostly just doing it for fun, and not like what people say as a scapegoat for confessions criticisms. You can tell he’s just having fun. I didn’t love the whole thing but I definitely took away from songs from it and think it’s a fun listen. I think a sequel could improve on some of the flaws of the project, with maybe a little too many skits, or some jokes that didn’t always land (although there were a few good ones) I think in the future, he could delve more into the Doc D character with the raps, and a distinctly different way of rapping cuz even with the subject matter, sometimes it just seems too much like Logic. And lastly....double sample is fire and Freddie Gibbs or Logic himself needs to get on that.

Agreed. I loved how corny the skits were, my only criticism of them was the dead air sometimes like Fantano said but thats it. I was gonna say as well as that maybe Logic should develop a distinct rapping style or a distinct subject matter that separates Logic from Doc D, like maybe Doc D is more sexual as he appears to be on this album, stuff like that that brings Doc D into his own. I dont wanna critique like an actual project as its Logic having fun and really the production is meant to be the standout and it was.

Cuz during his actual verses it basically just seemed like Logic mostly talking about the shit he would normally talk about. I’m cool with skits as well but I think he could do a better job of spreading them out, and also making sure the jokes he does put in there land😂 but yeah it’s just a free project so it’s cool.

Though Madlib was MF DOOM’s main producer, when he released “The Unseen” (and all his other solo projects), he simply pitched up his vocals. Logic is pitching his own vocals down just so he’s not a complete rip off.

This shit is so fire yo. If Mf doom was on this made it, it would definitely be a classic. The production and story is perfect. The actual bars and rapping is great too. I could see so many old school legends on those beats. Tbf it is a bit corny at times but its logic so allow it, what do you expect, its fun as hell.
The story ends with MF DOOM destroying DOC D's fleet and truly taking over the universe.
