I have been taking flight lessons for a year. The training required to be able to fly big jets is very hard. Good for these young women for their accomplishment.

Well done the ladies of EAL! I used to fly in the first jets that your airline had, the Boeing 720s 'Blue Nile' and 'White Nile' from Frankfurt to Addis and back three times a year in the 1960s. (EAL didn't have a Heathrow slot at that time). Usually they were flown by the first Ethiopian to become a jet pilot, Captain Alemayu. I've always been a huge admirer of EAL which has always been in the forefront of African aviation. Keep up the good work!!!!

Woow it's really wonderful and encouraging to our young sisters that study hard, a woman can do what men can do. Big upps to all women who are in different fields.
As former IT manager at Djibouti airport, I can testify that Ethiopian airlines has the best pilots in Africa but unfortunately they send always old aircrafts to Djibouti for the simple reason that Djibouti Ambouli international airport is considered by Ethiopian as local airport. However it's delightful to see professional women cabin crew in this dominated alpha male. Good luck for the future Capt Tikiste and first officer Honey...
Ethiopian Airlines does not always old aircrafts to Djibouti as you claimed, Ethiopian Airlines is ons of the airlines in the world with the youngest fleet. There are airplanes in america and europe being fllown that are over twenty seven years old.

INCREDIBLE. It's astonishing to see the sheer outpouring of love and respect for these 2 lady pilots - no dirt. no dodgy comments, all good (this is how it should be). Not one filthy comment (so far), just one positive comment after another. A massive difference from a certain other video that was turned into a disgusting sleaze fest by rent-a-moron. Ethiopians should feel proud of themselves for the way they're treating these women. It's a pleasure to read the comments for this video. I suspect that if anything derogatory was said about these two pilots, it would not be looked upon kindly - such is the love.

Very nice. These two beautiful ladies are controlling that smooth 737-700 very sharply. To be at the opposite end of the runway looking at the lights come on and then see the 737 make its way towards you would be so nice. And listen to those engine tunes. The ladies are making that happen. Very very nice.

Short but sweet flight. Best instrument close up video I've seen in a bit. Camera person did a supurb job also.
I felt like to could of been flying to 737, an to see what the pilot has to control the plane when landing is crazy, must of been some wind during this landing I guess. Ladies did a great job. Would of like to seen an outside view when the plane was landing, but great video none the less and thanks for this.:)

No never that !!! Djibouti internationale airport is headed by djiboutian citizen not french military.They are over here for others purposes
@@bahdonsalah9978 They say assumption is the mother of all fuckups. Don’t assume. The permission for the flight is given by French Air Force stationed in Djibouti. The radio communication is what gave them up. You don’t know that do you? France is Djibouti’s master and that is the reality.
