He wanted Tokoyami to ask Hawks if he could try to get the class in since the hero seemed cool and mischievous. Hawks agreed and got help from Mirko who also felt like causing mischief. Although those who didn’t go never snitched, Mr. Aizawa caught Shinso while he was trying to sneak out and made him tell where everyone else was.
