Why would you need that information? I had the exact same mindset, but realized that I was using that information as an indicator of how "fresh" I'm supposed to feel throughout the day. I threw the watch, started going to bed consistently at the same time and startef to wake up at the same time no matter what. Now I feel energetic every day and as a bonus I don't get to look stupid anymore by wearing a "smartwatch". Andrew is completely right in this one.
I lost is some days ago and didn’t think about lol. The only true thing while I used it was for the time but I rather have a Rolex than a smartwatch. I found it but don’t use it as much. And no I don’t need it for sleep. don’t need it for anything actually. A Rolex will be here soon 🔜 don’t worry 😉
