From pursuing Engineering to successfully running her own start-up, Tapsi has been creating a buzz on the internet with her Paanipuri cart. And honestly, you must try it. Unlike your regular panipuri, these panipuris are air-fried and made with homemade ingredients.
Coming from a middle-class family, Tapsi is in 3rd year of her college and always wanted to create a history. Little did she know that she'll end up creating employment. Currently, Tapsi along with about 20 others, run 4 outlets at different locations in Delhi where women are the one serving this beloved snack.

What she said about not facing male dominance is so true. I work in the medical field and mostly interact with male colleagues but I’ve never felt overwhelmed by them. It’s all about the how much effort you put for the opportunity you get. Many women don’t take the first push to step forward so it seems as if they are being restrained. Salute to this young lady!

No. Bro I went to medical college in Chennai. I had to face male dominance to a point. But my friend who studied in the north. She had horrible experiences. The guys in her class, male seniors and male prof kept telling her there's no use in women studying medicine coz you are gonna sit at home. And they wouldn't let her take history and all. Such assholes. And please don't belittle when women complaint about male dominance. You're lucky that you have normal men around you. Others didn't have the luck of having such good men in their hospitals. But this doesn't give you the right to put down other women. What if it happens to you? What if the people you complaint to say you're being dramatic and attention seeker or put you down? What are you going to do then?

The fact that you said 'it doesn't exist' itself shows that you have experienced only a small part of the society.
Again, does that mean educated people don't face this in work place.They do ...and such dominance sometimes are so easily accepted by everyone that you have to literally go against others to stand for yourself and sometimes you can't because of the work culture.
So always remember there is struggle for many people out there and respect that they are taking a stand by publicly talking about. Not everyone faces it. But if someone does please understand from where the person is coming from .
Also...this not about someone who is complaining about the society to hide their lack of effort but the ones who actually face it .
