    If you use GoPros get a pack of the sponge case for them. They are like 20$ for 4 on Amazon. That’s what I use and they work good.

    My 48 mile x3 xrc turbo rr made it's way to the dealer after constantly going into limp mode with a p0340 code. I was out a 3 hour drive, if I was halfway across the country I would be beyond livid. First trip out it went into limp mode several times and unfortunately at the time it I didn't know how to retrieve codes. Everyone kept saying I slipped the belt, so brand new worlds best belt and it made it 20ft off the trailer.

    Mine did similar (3 misfire codes and and one other) and after working on it all day trying to figure it out, a 1/4 turn on my positive battery terminal solved the issue🤷‍♂️ No sign of slow starts or any sign of loose connection. My money is on something as simple as a ground or loose connection. I hope anyway.

    Been waiting for this one make sure you guys hit the devil's hot tub

    So when you guys are doing this kind of trail riding are you disconnecting your front and rear sway bars? Or running electronic locking sway bars? What do you recommend

    • @BlownBudgetOffroad
      @BlownBudgetOffroad  4 года назад +1

      I run no sway bars on my turbo s but the dynamix helps out with body roll and Justin is running no front but still has his rear and Ethan with the blue rc is running no front or rear as well it’s all personal preference.

      Yeah you guys look like you’re having a lot of fun out there. I do a lot of desert trips throughout the year and the machine is a lot of fun in the desert. But my wife likes the rockier slow speed stuff like you guys do in you’re videos. It just seem like sway bars really limit your articulations. I’m leaning towards that halo electronic locker. Do you have any experience with that part? Also I snapped a front axle two days ago. Have you guys had that issue as well? I’m running the new 2020 XRS turbo RR on 33” system 3 tires

      We haven’t ran the halo sway bar but it looks like it would be a awsome buy! I just have my rear zip tied up so I can just put it back on with 2 bolts if need be. Also Justin has broke one front axle on his can am but just put another oem in it we always Carry spares. But if you never wanna break a axle Rcv makes a awsome product I was going to go with them on my turbo s but decided to try the new x300 axles from super atv not shure if they make them for can am but I’ve beat mine and they are holding in there!

    The more I see the Turbo S in action the more I like it. Although Billy’s intro pic was quite disturbing...

    Fix Ticky and always carry a spare buggy!!! Speaking of spares, Billy mentioned he would sell his stock S axles. Would be interested in a front and rear for spares if he still has them.

    Awesome! Thanks for the upload!
    Do you guys use “Fur” over the microphone? I use that as a permanent addition to my cameras, and we are in very windy environments all the time. Works fantastic and is cheap effective solution.
    Literally the material came off a black colored discarded stuffed animal, the synthetic fur is ~1” long strait non uniform length fiber strands, so the surface is kind of “wispy”. Cuts so much of the wind noise, and used VHB to nonpermanently adhere it over the top of the mic. I cut a small hole in the center of the base material directly over the mic, but not sure if it was even necessary.
    Justin still looks visibly upset with that whole ordeal still weighing heavy on his mind :(
    The worst part is the very unfortunate timing, no warranty can cover that...
    Reliability is among the most important factors BRP!

    Traitor done caught the Covid confirmed?! I'm adding dead Can Ams to my apocalyptic bingo card. All joking aside Justin, I hope they get this sorted for you quick. Looks like Billy is getting his confidence built up on this ride.
