Stay Afloat

I wrote this song about my struggles navigating parenthood and mental health. I submitted it for the Bluebird Cafe's Golden Pick contest this month and it was selected as the winner. I got to play it at the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville. What a dream. I'm still pinching myself. I wrote this at a lonely point in my life, but so many people who have heard it have told me they understand these feelings. And I feel so very less alone. And thankful that people are willing to talk about it with me. We aren't meant to do life alone.
