Rode this the other day with my 4 year old. The look on his face was priceless. He thought it was real and was yelling the whole time. He said he was never getting in the air again only staying on the ground.
I guess the Starspeeder 1000 is equipped with a Flux Capacitor since it can leap through time. The new ride is suppsedly set between Episodes III and IV, but it can travel 30 years through the past and to the future.
@@HawkieVFX There are way more than just one, on the ride it randomly chooses at the start if you get Prequel, OT, or Sequel. I would just search "Star Tours the adventures continue" and maybe Tatooine, Coursant, or Naboo? There are more but a lot of options. Hope this helps!
Is Star Tours now only featuring the sequel trilogy version? My family is going to disney this summer and we like it when it was random locations each time from both the original and prequel trilogies.

I think it would be a better battle scenario. The ride isn't canon. I mean you go from Naboo to Hoth to Tatooine to Jakuu. You're basically traveling the entire Star Wars timeline.
+Master Fate I still think it's another variation and more variations are always cool. The probe droid opening is the same as Vader as well. Appreciate the small variations. There's some segments that have a few subtle differences as well. Besides the rest of the clip besides Jakku, is all new. I think Disney is doing a great job with this attraction. And I'm glad they keep adding new scenes to it in keeping with Walt's dreams.
If you look closer, all the Stormtroopers are now First Order types, including the replacement of Imperial Jet Troopers with First Order Riot Troopers. Also the TIE Fighters are now First Order TIE's and the Imperial Class Star Destroyers have been replaced with Resurgent Class.

It plays Finn’s Confession from The Force Awakens soundtrack. When the TIE fighters attack, it plays the Battle of Crait from The Last Jedi soundtrack. At the end when you take out the AT-M6, it plays Scherzo for X-Wings from The Force Awakens. I listen to these very often so it’s nice to hear it during the ride.
