Worse decision since the Liverpool Spurs one, in City's favour, 2 points would have made Arsenal and City level, City will no doubt have benefitted from other games Arsenal were robbed in too (Newcastle last season, Brentford season before it goes on and on). Incompetence as a theme, is nowhere near justice enough to cover this ruining of the sport! Hussam is right, it happens to everyone but City but I do think these Northern refs are biased against Arsenal still!
Big up Husam, agree with everything he said. People keep saying by the letter of the law Trossard should be booked and sent off - sure, that's true. But it's also true that City should've had 3/4 of their team booked because - by the letter of the law - only captains may approach the referee, anyone else is an immediate yellow.
Liverpool was robbed of a league title in Sterling's last season there. It was a Christmas season game wherein Sterling broke away and scored two goals. The referees hated and targeted Sterling heavily at that time. The referees called both goals offsides. The television replays showed both onside. City won that game by one goal, but if that game was referred correctly, Liverpool would have finished the league 4 points higher than City. All people remember from that season was Gerrard slipping against Chelsea. To me, Liverpool win that game and the league that year.
Opposing fans used to poke fun of Arsenal fans of being easy to wind up to get clicks. The Sky Sports reporter said "I dont want to put words into your mouth" to Stones in regards to the dark arts. The media got their clicks and rival fans fell for it. The media should be called out for such tactics.
You all know what Roy Keane has been slatting Arsenal lately? Well this is what he was slatting us for in 2015???? Roy Keane blasts 'soft and weak' Arsenal Outspoken: Roy Keane feels Arsenal are simply too weak. Roy Keane has branded Arsenal “soft” and believes their defending is so poor that teams will want to play against them every week. Arsenal are bottom of Champions League Group F after losing 3-2 to Olympiacos at Emirates Stadium on Tuesday night. Goalkeeper David Ospina made a bad error for the Greek side’s second goal but their two other efforts were the result of poor defending, one from a set-piece and the other less than a minute after Alexis Sanchez had scored at the other end to level the game at 2-2. Boss Arsene Wenger blamed the result on bad luck afterwards but Keane told ITV: “I’m not surprised. When you look at some of the players they have, the manager mentioned about a bit of luck. Listen, they are soft. Arsenal are soft. They are weak. The goals they give away…we saw it on Tuesday night, two set-pieces again. “You have got no chance of winning any big game if you defend like that. I think there is certainly a weakness to the group. They look like they lack characters, leaders and winners. If you were playing now, you would fancy playing Arsenal most weeks against that group, definitely. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy watching Arsenal. I think they are great to watch particularly going forward. But part of football, unfortunately, is defending and mentally they are weak.” Please Make up your Delusional MIND mr Keane???????? Or is it you just dont like Arsenal being Far, far superior to your joke of a club? 😂😂😂😂
In being a gooner since circa 1975, I've come to realise that there's a bit of a common thread that exists between the only 3 teams to have achieved what can in essence be termed as a dynasty, which is that when the spectre of their era of dominance being drawn to a close suddenly appears on the horizon, their actions imitate those of a drowning man clutching at straws. Liverpool did it at the end of the 80's when we were the protagonists in chief to the death knell of their supremacy before George's greater love of money allowed Ferguson's United to step in and take the crown. Man United did it when City now had the star of Bethlehem over their stadium and Sir Herod Ferguson decreed them as no more than being irritating noisey neighbours whilst the fan base went into a deep state level of denial as to what was transpiring. And now we have City, who rather ironically are pretty much starting to mimic the exact same Manchester United that they once used to despise with a passion but now only acts to highlight their own blatant hypocrisy.
Haaland bounces the ball of of Gabriel's head after Stone scores. VAR decides there is no reason that he should be penalized. Can you imagine anyone else in the top 6 or the entire PL getting that call? Absolutely not. Straight red.
Neutral! Well said! Nice to hear a balanced view on the arsenal situation! Im amazed at the fan bases giving so much vitriol against Arsenal! The jealousy I get! But the nastiness is vile! Concentrate on your own clubs! I’d love the situation Arsenal are in! Even I’m excited for them! And yes! I’m jealous!
Only, Man City DO pay referees! Their owners pay Michael Oliver a tidy sum to go whistle games in Oil States around Arabia. The incidence of highly contentious Oliver decisions favoring Man City is worryingly high. If only ‘the appearence of a conflict of interest’ is enough to recuse a ref from whistling certain fixtures, why does Oliver still get these games? When he booked Trossard I’ve never seen a ref get his card out so quick. Hundreds of unpunished kickaways so far this season yet Arsenal get two 2nd yellows and off in the space of a couple of weeks. City have a protective wall around the club. This court case is a waste of time. The punishment if any will be minimal.
If Abramovich bought QPR they would have had Chelsea's success, if City's owners had bought Preston North End they would have had City's success. Nothing to do with the club, it's purely been the owners spending at a much higher ratio than other clubs in the League. "Plastic Success".

But it's also true that City should've had 3/4 of their team booked because - by the letter of the law - only captains may approach the referee, anyone else is an immediate yellow.
Husam cooked here 😮
Christ that was an incredible opening rant
Everything he said is facts! To be fair I’ve met quite a few Liverpool fans who get it. Always respected them!
Hussam spitting more facts than a fax machine.
No pundit in the world speaks fact like this guy ever! Wow👏👏👏
To me, Liverpool win that game and the league that year.
well done Husam
Opposing fans used to poke fun of Arsenal fans of being easy to wind up to get clicks. The Sky Sports reporter said "I dont want to put words into your mouth" to Stones in regards to the dark arts. The media got their clicks and rival fans fell for it. The media should be called out for such tactics.
You all know what Roy Keane has been slatting Arsenal lately? Well this is what he was slatting us for in 2015????
Roy Keane blasts 'soft and weak' Arsenal
Outspoken: Roy Keane feels Arsenal are simply too weak.
But part of football, unfortunately, is defending and mentally they are weak.”
Please Make up your Delusional MIND mr Keane????????
Or is it you just dont like Arsenal being Far, far superior to your joke of a club? 😂😂😂😂
Fax, no printer.
Man United did it when City now had the star of Bethlehem over their stadium and Sir Herod Ferguson decreed them as no more than being
irritating noisey neighbours whilst the fan base went into a deep state level of denial as to what was transpiring.
And now we have City, who rather ironically are pretty much starting to mimic the exact same Manchester United that they once used to despise with a passion but now only acts to highlight their own blatant hypocrisy.
SPOT ON.
" If we can't win the leauge We'd rather city win it than Arsenal " said absolutely no real Liverpool supporter ever!!!
Me I will rather any team win it than city
Haaland bounces the ball of of Gabriel's head after Stone scores. VAR decides there is no reason that he should be penalized. Can you imagine anyone else in the top 6 or the entire PL getting that call? Absolutely not. Straight red.
Thank you Husam!
The first time an opposing fan making me happy aside Terry and Rory.
Neutral!
I don't know what the opposite of gaslighting is, but Husam is a goddamn expert.
Protect this man at all costs.
You are absolutely right banter has become part of the analysis and it is detrimental to the game.
Arsenal envy is real and shameless....Props to Humsa for calling out these haters.
Other example vs Arsenal. Kovacic staying on field last season and stone wall penalty on Odegaard the season before.
I am just shocked Terry and Mo just sat there without a single interruption as Husam unloaded.
Absolutely cooking. This man is legendary.
If Abramovich bought QPR they would have had Chelsea's success, if City's owners had bought Preston North End they would have had City's success. Nothing to do with the club, it's purely been the owners spending at a much higher ratio than other clubs in the League. "Plastic Success".
I am a Newcastle fan I remember when that two faced got artetta was crying about Newcastle Time wasting and how he was so enraged by those types of tactics strange how he is ok with arsenal doing it.
"Everyone is jealous of Arsenal": if not seige mentality what exactly is this?
No matter what Arsenal do they're gonna get shit now. It's really cringe and borders on obsession.
Husam representing the best part of Liverpool fanbase.
Its not about what club you support but as a football fans City favouritsm ruining the joy of football in general.
God bless this man. I love this game and though I’m an Arsenal fan I’m realistic and value tradition, history and integrity which I’ve always said Arsenal and Liverpool are top teams in the premier league with that profile. I dread delusional fans.
Mad respect to Husam spitting facts.
Thanks for being a real journalist!
Husam speaking the truth, the PGMOL will only be defeated if all fans come together and condemn the inconsistency
