I love this so much! Sharks were my favorite animal growing up i was obsessed with them and wanted to be a marine biologist so i could swim with them. Thank you so much! This made me really happy and made me smile. Helped me reminisce on fond memories
This was such a cute and silly script, and you really blew it out of the water! x3 You really nailed the shifts in tone for this goofy, incredibly subtle, tsundere sharkgirl. The mental image of a sharkgirl who is clearly familiar enough with humans to know about a variety of life on the surface (faucets, picnics, geography, poaching etc), but was unaware of sandwiches was almost as funny as the getting rotated part hehehe. The cutest part of the entire audio would easily have to be hearing your laughter/chuckling throughout it though, that was just so goddamn adorable
I very much enjoyed this. The only minor flaw was that she had to get flipped multiple times before calming down. When upside down, many species of sharks enter a state called tonic immobility, in which their beathing slows and their muscles relax. This is an involuntary process that can take them up to fifteen minutes to recover from on their own, so one flip should have been enough to put her out of commission.
Man I have a huge soft spot for sharks, so this was lovely, you could definitely do a continuation of it, like maybe a part 2 where the human takes her out to dinner at a sushi restaurant as thanks for being saved, shark girl would go crazy with so much variety!
I know I wouldn't be a good meal for a shark -- hardly any fat on me which is what sharks really want from a meal. That's why they prefer seals and baby whales over fish and humans.
