1 John 2:1 - in the same way God has high expectations of us, he wants us to equally know that His mercy is ever available to us.
And Proverbs 24:16 says a just/righteous man falls seven times. How is he righteous then? Because he gets back up - and God looks at the fact he got up instead of having fallen 7 times.
