Hey mate! It's a good tutorial. However, I have a small problem. I'm not able to delete the clipping mask 5:57 , even after choosing direct selection. Would it be possible for you tell me the shortcuts you used perhaps? I tried but it's the text that keeps getting deleted
@@MasdLab I am going to post it on LinkedIn later this week. I saw that you gave the commenter below your LinkedIn, I will be sure to tag you when I post it
@@MT-sk1ln that no good. I can't imagine what was it. was the text fully expanded? If you want you can send me a link to your file (DM me via IG or something) so I can have a look. Sorry for that!!
hey man nice tutorial but I was unable to delete the clipping mask around 6 mins into the video. it ended up deleting the actual text. Pls lmk how i can fix
Hey!! Thank you!! Sure, let's do this! First, did you use the direct selection tool to do it? (Shortcut Key A) because the normal selection tool will select everything, and the direct selection tool will select the vector points individually. But let me know! Cheers man!
Hey!! Sure, I've my IG on the video description although is mostly personal fun stuff. vimeo.com/manage/videos/143423565 this is my Motion Design Reel and my website has been offline for the last 5 years hehe my LinkedIn is the only place that is more up to date! www.linkedin.com/in/marcos-silva-411a911b/ hope it helps and feeds your curiosity! also have a dribble!!! the Link is on the video description! Thankkks!
Hoo sorry! I didn't make that very clear!! So I used the direct selection tool (keyboard letter A) and then select one of the “invisible” points of the clipping masks and Press backspace to delete it! And keep pressing until it deletes all of the points of the clipping mask. Let me know if this helps!!

why did you add the grain layer?
You don’t need too, but it’s a personal preference. I feel it takes away the digital feeling of the visual. But without it works pretty nice too!
Do you have an IG page or Behance. Would love to see your poster portfolio
