Yes, you can carry forward your losses. It's not mandatory to file ITR,if you don't want to carry forward. You can pay tax,By opting Presumptive method.

LTCG : 98,000
PPF: (1,50,000)
Intraday: 4,50,000 - 1,50,000 (PPF) = 3,00,000 NO TAX (Old Regime)
STCG : 2,00,000 * 15% = 30,000
LTCG : 98,000 (less than 1,00,000)
