That Faux Down Ghost pillow looks like it could be my jam :) I like that it has a down feel and sleeps cooler but i sleep with the Layla Kapok pillow and love its adjustability.
I thought I would love the Purple Harmony Pillow since I liked the grid on my bed. Boy was I wrong! It sleeps cool, but the latex and grid are so responsive that I felt a lot of pressure build up on my ears and my neck seemed to be stressed actively trying to stay on it. Firm memory foam was another option that I tried but heat, pressure on the ears and that annoying feeling of not being able to sink softly in and relax my neck meant it got sent back too. Oddly, I also found that firm memory foam conducted the hum of a nearby window fan loudly and directly into my ears. I'm not sure where to go from here. Possibly the Layla Kapok. Not being able to sleep due to my neck feeling stressed is getting old.
This sounds very familiar especially the memory foam. Memory foam was the absolute worst for me because it would constantly wake me up with my head on FIRE!!! I don't understand how anyone can sleep on memory foam even with cooling gel it absolutely sucks! I'm looking for a pillow for broad shoulders and neck relief because I'm tired of waking up with headaches and neck pain.
I appreciate the thought. As far as I can tell the pillowcube is memory foam based though, so it will likely have the same problems with the memory foam pillows. I went with the kapok and am happy with it.
@@sirreal9691 I bought a purple pillow king size, tall on the advice of my friend and it really is perfect for me. The grid and the loft gives it the support side sleepers need. I got a silk pillow case and now it feels comfy with a bit of bounce and a silky smooth texture. Buddy of mine agreed it pretty much feels like a comfy boob pillow
I oddly prefer a flat pillow even though I’m a side sleeper. I’m sleeping on a puffy foam pillow now since my other pillow turned into a pancake, but find it way too high. Anything you’d recommend that’s flat but supportive?
There are so many pillows worth checking out, but I think I am most interested in trying the Purple Harmony for the latex surrounded by that purple grid!
A year and a half in and I love it. My GF loves hers, we even bought 2 more for the RV. I’m a side sleeper but my GF is a back sleeper… we both got tall harmony
@@markmiranda9292 Thank you for your valued opinion! I’m also somewhat interested in the Saatva pillow & the Birch Living Pillow. However, with your recommendation, I am really set to try the Purple Harmony Pillow- THANK YOU!!!
Pillows sure have changed. After down you can spend a small fortune looking for the perfect side sleeper pillow? I haven’t found mine yet but appreciate your list to help narrow my choices!
@Ali it’s the one that is extra firm and called the neck pillow. Runs about $120 typically. Did take a week or two to adjust to. Like all tempurpedic memory foam, there’s a break-in period. Tempur rep told me to walk on my mattress. I had to do the same with the pillow! LOL I still love my mattress 18-19 years later.
I recommend the Complete Sleeprrr Pillow. It’s an adjustable memory foam contoured pillow and have recommended it to fam/friends who all love it too… 😊

This is super helpful. I've been suffering from shoulder pain with my pillow & ready to upgrade
I love my SleepGram pillow. I have several and I’ll never go back to my down pillows.

Pressure on the ears is something nobody talks about but it is a huge issue
get you a pillowcube so worth the hype

Same here...
Thanx alot for the reviews, been looking for pillows for a while and this really helped me choose one.

these videos are incredibly helpful

Good to know!
I’ve used my side sleeper TempurPedic for 17 years and it’s just now needing to be replaced. I have loved it.

Do any of your foam pillows contain a smell?? I see alot of reviews that talk of unbearable smells
question: for cooling pillows are they designed to be used without pillowcases?
So, what is first that you recommend for side sleepers who get neck pain? Thanks.
Is the Bear mostly recommended for someone like me always warm, side sleeper & allergies?
The Layla is no way 7 inches in loft. Additionally it will leave you flipping multiple times a night because it goes flat and unsupportive.
Do you think it would be better to order a pillow on black Friday cause I was looking into the pillow That you have the Layla
Anyone try the Casper yet?
im looking for easy mold and foldable to make it higher and firmer.any suggestion?
I recommend the Complete Sleeprrr Pillow. It’s an adjustable memory foam contoured pillow and have recommended it to fam/friends who all love it too… 😊
It’s also easy to transport it too when travelling as it roles up like a sleeping bag to save on room in your suitcase or cabin space too…
Had the Layla pillow for a little over a year. It turned into a hard brick and now I can’t stand it
Is there an updated CODE for the Casper foam pillow? I tried SLEEPOPLIS10 an it says, it has expired.. ?
What's the loft hight on the birch pillow
Can you do a review on the amerisleep as5 hybrid mattress
Got some typos
“Good fo’ back sleepers” 🤣
Purple pillow sucks worst 120$ I’ve ever spent
Id rather sleep on a rock then spend $100 on a pillow
Funny lol
😂
