Yes, we had two days canoeing the Eden, stopping overnight at the pub in Great Salkeld. My trips tend to be 15 to 25 miles a day. This one i think was split 18-ish on both, maybe 5-6 hours of paddling each day. We saw no anglers and had no issues with access. Apparently the old access agreement and its stringent rules is no longer active.
