I think it depends who you drink with. When I drink with my bros, I get loud and show-offy. When I drink with someone I really like, like a crush, I get touchy feely. I've never gotten drunk with friends who were taking care of me. I like to think drunk vulnerable me would go babymode for the right people. I was a momma's boy growing up.

Drinking more alcohol is not the thing that causes a hangover, drinking less water is. Drank several glasses a night of cheap scotch with iced tea as a chaser and regular drink, and I never got a hangover. I did get awful withdrawal symptoms, shakes included, when I stopped.

One of my mates got effed out of his face from wine during his birthday many years ago, a few of us looked after him, carried him to the toilet to throw up, and made sure he drank water, ate some food, and ultimately made sure he didn't vomit and choke on it whilst he was passed out. It's funny that he can drink a lot of beer and spirits, but wine just messes him up.
This went from cute to funny to concerning insanely fast. She has great friends though, I'm already impatient when it comes to drunks, but Bao is on another level. I wouldn't be able to handle talking to her, especially when you've gotta convince somebody to stop drinking without being physically there.
