Occult in The Message Bible! Egyptian sorcery and Emerald Tablet alchemy deception

Why would a Bible have an occultic Egyptian incantation inserted into The Lord’s Prayer? Matthew 6:10 of The Message includes the alchemical phrase from The Emerald Tablet: “As Above, So Below.” Ex-new agers Doreen Virtue and Jac Marino Chen discuss the outrage of having this phrase in The Lord’s Prayer, and share their backgrounds with Egyptian Hermeticism and the satanic spiritual dangers of these practices.
