Malia or Mallia is a coastal town and a former municipality in the northeast corner of the Heraklion regional unit in Crete, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reforms, it is part of the municipality of Hersonissos, which it is a municipal unit. It lies 34 kilometres east of Heraklion, the Cretan main city.

Cheers 🍻
Mulțumim pentru vloguri superbe, iubesc Grecia, dar mai ales Creta, oamenii sunt minunați ❤
We went at Potamos Beach it is very beautifull, the samd and the water, but is an all-inclusive area there abd there are not beach bars, exept one very expensive.
Ciao Zameer!
Miss you'r Videos!
Are you Ok?
You are still in Greece?
Greatings from Vienna Fredi
Where can we park there? Is it enough space for big car?
coming in may 🇮🇪
All the best!
At next time - try to go right side from yourstart point. Cactuses, pretty small lagoons and more-more pieces of ancient ceramics...
Care este distanță din Hersonissos si Malia? Se poate merge pe jos, la plimbare între cele doua stațiunii?
It's 9 km.
This is Potamos beach!
Thanks again for this great video! Interesting is that place. Old amphorae look beautiful.
However, I must say that I find it outrageous that there is nothing written in other nation languages on that information wall.
It's as if only Western Europeans are welcome on the island. Nothing is written in Russian, Hungarian, Chinese, Japanese, Polish or Romanian.
The saddest thing about all this is that Cretans forget that twenty years ago, thousands of Russian and other Central and Eastern European tourists filled the island's restaurants and hotels. Then the Russians' money was good, now they don't have to... You can also look at it, the restaurants are completely empty. This was not the case.
There are about 6500 languages in the world, but here some have been neglected. The empty restaurants are also due to the all-inclusive system (satire off). Google Translator is your friend.
