Aluminium Fabrication / Repair of Caravan RV Toilet Cassette Chute, TIG Welding etc

In this video I repair the toilet cassette chute of a caravan.
I decided to remove the entire timber/ply chute as it was beyond repair. I also wanted to make the new chute's panels easily removable, which would allow access for future inspection and or repairs to the plumbing etc.
All material used was scrap or offcuts that I had on hand. The Frames are made from 38x25x1.6mm Aluminium. The sides and top are made from Aluminium Composite Panel and the bottom is made from 3mm Aluminium Checker Plate.
It might be hard to see in the video but the frames have different dimensions and the original cutouts were offset from one another.
