For the burette reading shown it should read as 12.7 (+/- 0.1 mL). This keeps consistency with the uncertainty of 0.1 (a tenth) and the data to the tenths place.

I forgot sig figs but I got an answer of 0.1288M +- 0.002875 for the concentration of HCL in the 25mL. Can someone verify?

Arę you supposed to include error from the burette to the final uncertainty (where you add up all the uncertainties)?
