Because you need to make sure the air bags go up and the loading support jacks actuate up. I’ve seen so many trailers where the load jacks don’t let go and you have no suspension. Or some times the air bag level rod is bent and the airbags don’t go up.

He uses tools to remove seals on trailer that you can easily remove simply by hand in two seconds yet he has to go into side compartment for crap again to give that illusion that this hard job is taking place. Even at one point saying ( good thing that cop didn’t see what I just did) knowingly doing wrong yet still prioritizing his videos over the job. I wouldn’t let this one channel be your determining factor in a career however garbage truck driving decent. Be home everyday and find cool stuff sometimes people don’t want anymore. That choice is yours and yours alone. Just know that guy in his own little world is not a good representation of what GP is as a company especially the drivers.

Only thing Google maps is useful for is the satellite view. It can show you where the entrance would, should, be at. If you're not sure DO NOT ENTER...stop on the side of the road, set flashers, and TALK TO SOMEONE. But only IF the satellite view is up to date.

I agree with drop and hooks I have had to pick up so many trailers with bad tires, air leaks, no inspection and the list goes on, and All of these things have to be fixed before you can even start to deliver the load , and to top it all off there is no extra pay for this!!!!! Get rid of that habit of relying on your phone for everything always carry a map with you make your routs one at shipper or consignee just look for signs directing you to shipping and receiving if none can be seen get out walk into main office and ask. Google maps directs you to main office address only

Get rid of that habit of relying on your phone for everything always carry a map with you make your routs one at shipper or consignee just look for signs directing you to shipping and receiving if none can be seen get out walk into main office and ask. Google maps directs you to main office address only
