    Tai Chi is a form of Chinese martial art, that incorporates the Eastern Philosophy of Taoism into all its practices. Taoism is a way of seeking to understand the world and how we are part of it. It encourages us to align ourselves with the patterns of nature and ride the ebbs and flows of the universe's current. Let it go, flow & thrive.
    Tai Chi can be a great daily meditation or exercise. It can be practiced as little as a 5m standing meditation or hours of fun playing in nature. Tai Chi helps people feel centered, connect with their inner self, and connect with nature; consequently, one can feel peace, joy, energy, flow, and thrive. Like any sport, people should be aware of some basic instructions when practicing Tai Chi:
    1. warm-up
    2. move with core and hip
    3. align the knee with the feet
    4. deep breath with each move
