The San Antonio Spurs defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves, 113-112. Devin Vassell recorded 25 points, 4 rebounds and 5 assists for the Spurs, while Victor Wembanyama added 23 points, 10 rebounds, 6 assists and 2 blocks in the victory. Anthony Edwards tallied 32 points, 6 rebounds and 12 assists for the Timberwolves. The Spurs improve to 10-36 on the season, while the Timberwolves fall to 32-14.

I'm not saying this game was a playoff -level game. But somehow it gave similar vibes. Wholesome crowd ovation at the end, like a crowd of parents proud to see their boys win 😂. This spurs team still has a lot to learn I feel but maybe they could build sth great in the coming years if they stick together.

If Toronto's first pick is lower than 6th then Spurs take it off them. They already have a top 7 pick too. Good chance Spurs will get 2 top 10 picks at the 2024 draft. With 2 first round picks in 2025 the Spurs future looks almost as good as the Thunder's does.

Yeah Mike Conley is surely a big part of winning basketball in Minnesota this season. They just look unorganized, when he is not playing. But tbh in this game, the Spurs just hit every shot in the end even with good defense. So kudos to them

@@nickhv7765 clippers, nuggets then Celtics. Celtics are killing it but they have been known to be inconsistent in the past, they are looking more consistent and dangerous with Porzingis. They haven’t had any blowout games where they have lost by 30 or more this year that I can remember and most of their losses have still been close games. So yeah they are a scary team too but when the clippers are at their best and healthy they look ridiculous but then the Celtics won’t struggle with many injuries even in the playoffs. Unfortunately for the Clippers it would be a miracle if PG or Kawhi get through the playoffs without injuries. The Celtics and Clippers are 2 different type of juggernauts, it’s just the Clippers have been really putting everything together lately this season and to tell you the truth I didn’t think James Harden would fit in at the Clippers which I was completely wrong

I genuinely cannot tell if KAT is good or not, obviously he has skill and can score a lot but when it comes to fundamentals I am just not sure
That last play is y they wont make it far. basically ran some kind of pin down for edwards which wad blown up by rudys man and the man on the in bounder. rudy didn't roll to a basket for a layup allowing wemby to cover 2 people. thus they just threw it in to the backcourt so edwards can get the ball. he runs pick and roll with rudy, which the spurs trap. edwards is stuck cause he aint gonna give the ball to rudy gobert with the game on the line. Kat gets the ball and they get off a shot better than what they deserve.
In late game situations, Rudy is unplayable on this team. They don't trust him with the ball at all. Teams are just not gonna play him and really make it difficult for minnesota during the playoffs.

Why KAT has to take step back behind 3-point line? They only need 2 point. I can see his feet extend too far which cause him loose a bit power on his shot. In my opinion, not really a wise decision by KAT
