This OST first appears the fighting the optional Fire Dragon. This OST also appears in a boss fight. Enjoy The OST I DO NOT OWN THIS SOUNDTRACK #metaphorrefantazio #atlus
Big tip if you are out of SP. You can equip the mage archetype and youll be able to regain SP per kill in the overworld. Farm the teeth, dogs, butteryflies and snakes. and its tons of EXP and SP
"lets remain quiet and sneak past the dragon, avoid making any clanking sounds and engaging with the enemy" fairy: " oh but look at all that loot" *fights dragon* LOL the fight was sick!! i love this game
Dude, when my boy Grius had a whole ass motivational speech for this fucking fight was the MOMENT I decided to buy the game. I think I'm in love, Atlus have earned my money.
Yeah, I also had no sp when I got there, so I went to the guy selling items and bought all the ice scrolls I could afford + some healing items and miraculously won XD
its not that hard really, the trick is to do the standards. 1. have a main dps that has a frost spell. 2. buff the main dps with tarukaja (the seeke obtains that spell at early ranks) 3. have the other party member as your healer with potions or use another seeker and heal with dei my recommendations are to always try to pass the turn to maximize damage and end your turns with your seeker blocking (he has fire weakness and you give the dragon a free turn) do this and repeat till victory, remember to set your units in the backrow to maximize defense
@@zeroexe592 You get enough wisdom doing this: during the 1st day after activities are unlocked accept the sidequest that requires you to work at the inn at night, then use the bench to watch people and get some points, at night work at the inn, turn in the quest in day 2 and you get rank 2, this lets you use the church and start a conversation with brigita to unlock a optional dungeon
Fighting with less than half health and quarter MP, hoping he doesn't double tail-swipe us again while I try to get this final Ice chain going before the chorus drops...one of my favorite moments of the demo. Oct 11th can't come soon enough.
Back row'ing completely protects you from the tail swipe IIRC, or maybe I just got lucky. Then again I had a bunch of Fairy Dust stockpiled that REALLY helped with the fight.
Three mages go a long way to making this fight possible. I was so confused when I saw the network thing showing some people ended the dungeon with three mages but when I saw the dragon, it all made sense.
I really like this song. Probably because of the amount of times i listened to it while trying to beat the boss to get merchant that was 12 lvl higher than me (double knight and warrior with tarukaja for the win)
this only plays when your fighting for your life, or your fighting against a story boss who so far either have or are the cause of tragic backstories edit: whoops meant to reply to op not you prod
Yeah it's pretty easy, I used 2 warriors and a mage, just keep 1 warrior in the front row so he gets all the heavy hitting moves, and buy some items since it hits hard
Not hard. Level 10, 2 warriors front line 1 mage backline. Weak to ice so you essentially guarantee 4 turns and if you skip someone else’s turn you can cast an ice spell twice
@@BurnMyBread9try on hard mode lol, took me 2 warriors with blizz and seeker for heals, especially since you can’t MP regen before the fight needed perfect rng.
@@prod.b4bnik The dragon turned out to be very easy compared to the minotaur (guptauros) in one of the side missions of the dungeon at the end (and the goblins there are also strong, especially if you have a mage or healer in your group, goblins become cheaters, like the boss himself, you can only kill him with warriors and a knight, and hope for luck)
Thank you for the upload! My favorite battle theme so far, didn't know the dragon was actually beatable either gonna try another save and see if I can win lol
avoid a fight like this ?
no way. Never.

Holy shit that escaped me i knew i read that somewhere but i just forgot!
Not only that, the passive affects the *entire* party.
@@otakon17 That I did not knew. I thought it only affects Mage Archetype.
@@TheLegendaryRPGXD same, but it seems to be only 1mp per stun/kill. So it'll probably lose usefulness later on.

What 2 Warriors, a Mage, and the Caustic Acids in our bag does to a MF:
"We're on a mission, and we won't turn back for anything! Not even a dragon!"
I really wanted to fight the dragon but I ended up having little to no sp so I obviously knew how it was gonna turn out 😭
i went for it anyway and won for some reason
Yeah, I also had no sp when I got there, so I went to the guy selling items and bought all the ice scrolls I could afford + some healing items and miraculously won XD
Items are, actually useful in the game. xD

Grius boss fight breaks my heart 😭
spoiler alert very much appreciated, lets not ruin anyone's experience with this FUCKING BANGER GAME
Had to do it. That sword is INCREDIBLY worth it, especially once it gets purified.
what happens when it gets purified
@@kiritsu551 Normal attack gets fire affinity
@@kiritsu551Normal attack becomes fire type and like a 50 attack power boost
Where can I increase my wisdom to purify? I remember one of the dragon videos mentioning some woman on a bench that gives you the quest for it

Thankfully Metaphor went to the Pokémon school of Ice > Dragon. 😅
@@Akechi_The_Phantom_Detectivespecifically it's a *Fire* dragon.
Fantastic soundtrack, characters, and gameplay.

Seeing different strats of tackling this challenge is amazing. Shows how there's more than one way to win.

Love the music of this game a lot
2 brawlers and a Knight. Gave amnesia to the minotaur and ground pounded him to death
Fun fight
How have you played it

why does this battle theme sounds so sad 😥😥😥
hmm wait until the end of the demo

Sounds triumphant to me
Let's get him lads!
I saw this dragon and was like "I'm not skipping this and running like a B".
It's like Atlus intentionally put Dragon fight in the prologue, for us who play their game many times to take on the challenge. 😎
i just realized that i can fight this dragon in demo 😅, i sneak past em before cause i though i cannot.
I made the mistake of fighting him though I was unprepared but it is possible to beat him, got him down to half health lol

I got lucky the 1st time i fought the big bastard lol. Cool fight
I ended up sneaking past it. Can you go back ?
Tfw you try to sneak past him in hard mode and it triggers the fight lol, thankfully it was an easy fight
