To the tithe laws, some would say they are discrete tithes that are given to priests, eaten at pilgrimage feasts, and given to poor/widow/levite (tithe of the 3rd year). To the question of what was titheable, some believe it was what grew of the land bc God gave them land as do landowners who give land to other farmers for a share of proceeds. Since the land was given as a titled asset not paid for, the land then had a special place economically, as it reverted to the original family in yovel where firstfruits were separately administered. It is all academic.
