I don't bother with a garlic press ....I just a microplane, I also use the microplane for grating my ginger I keep my ginger in the freezer and when I need to add some to a dish I just grate the frozen ginger, and I dont bother peeling the ginger. Just a idea

Yeah, I switched to this one and it's also really good!
I use the liquid aminos as well. Taste just as good and better for you.
I was so glad when coconut aminos came out. I have a low sodium tolerance and regular soy sauce makes me sick.

I feel the same way about the jarred garlic. I love fresh chopped garlic and love using my cuisinart stainless steel chopper. Super easy to use and clean. Looking forward to trying these recipes!! I'm a mom of three myself, work full time, go to school, and trying to run a small business of my own. Dump and Go meals are my go to meals!! Thanks for the great recipes, never disappointed.
My favorite way to make dump cake is the steps steps you did but put it in a pan and into the oven till the to is golden 💓

For garlic presses, I recommend the "rocker" garlic presses. So much easier to both use and clean.

RE: the recommendation for a garlic press. I’m loving the Pampered Chef one I bought thru my friends daughter. It can bend in reverse to clean it out (the small holes) and it doesn’t smell!! My friend has the same one. She lets Hers air dry then she drops it in a ziplock!! So junk in the drawer doesn’t get it dirty.
Just a hint shared by my Home Ec Prof. Dry ingredients are measured in metal or plastic cups so they can be leveled off ( never pound to get more in it( could make the recipe drier) also never hit your sloin in the edge of a bowl or crockpot.. you could land cracking or chilling off ceramic and completely ruining the recipe!! For more accurate measuring of ingredients (too dry or wet ?) all liquids get poured and measured in. Flat surface/counter looking at the measurement THRU the measure. You are looking for the meniscus (rounded off top) of all liquids you measure. Makes for more accurate recipe not too wet or dry!! Then you pour it in! Things like Karo syrup you spray w/ cooking spray making your measure easier to empty!!
For Peanut butter.. I cheat!! I cut off a square of Saran Wrap and lay it over a dry measure.. I pack it in and level it off. I can then flip it in the pan/bowl and can scrape it inside the mixing bowl edge!! It all comes clean!! Yeah! Just some hints from me & my Home Ec Prof. Sooo much to learn!

My Friend’s older boy tried to sit on the sleeping baby’s face w/ a pillow!! Whoa! She freaked he’d do that!! She was pouring us a snack $ drunk while Jr /Je Naples and I saw all the action in the bed! Crazy!! So beware!!

The best garlic press in my opinion is the simple one from Ikea, it always smashes perfectly and almost makes a paste out of it. I love it, you just the back of a fork to scrape it up before throwing it in the dishwasher!

Just a tip I saw forever ago from multiple well known chefs, you should never use wine in a cooking dish that you wouldn't drink. A lot of people use the "cooking" wine but they said you should never do that for the best flavor.Love your videos! :)
