Leonard sparks a prank war with the birds as revenge, until a giant ice ball crashes in. This causes the birds and pigs to have an alliance so they can save their homes from Zeta, a Philippine eagle who got fed up of Eagle Island’s frozen tundra and a never ending problem of seals stealing her food, as she plots to turn the islands into resorts using lava balls. The twist is that Zeta is Mighty Eagle’s ex-fiancée, and that his real name is Ethan, and that Zeta raised their daughter, Debbie in the frozen island. In the end, Mighty Eagle and Zeta get married and a Mount Rushmore-styled sculpture replaces the now destroyed Eagle Mountain. At the same time, three hatchlings, including Terence and Matilda’s daughter, have to get her sisters back, having to team up with three piglets to save the islands.
