That just sounds false. In a Q&A for Sanji vs Rock Lee that one of the researchers did, they mentioned that Guy's 7th Gate Daytime Tiger was calculated at 5 gigatons, which is less than even crippled All Might's big punch. I can't see how Guy would be able to without the 8th gate.

I’ve always been bothered by how they didn’t mention that in their verdict. It leads people to copping out and calling it a draw because they think Guy would have to die in order to defeat All Might when he actually scales above him without the 8th gate.
Fun little tidbit: In a Death Battle interview, they admitted Guy didn't actually need all of his Gates to beat All Might. They said going at either 4 or 6 alone was enough to secure a win.
‘Village hidden in the leaves’ is the name given to that village by a character because the surrounding area is covered in trees and forests; not because the village is literally obscured and unseeable behind the leaves lol.

Fun Fact: In the next DB episode, Static vs Miles Morales, the designs for Wiz and Boomstick are changed so you might notice they'll look slightly different in the season 7 premiere and onward. Also, the "dragon" at 16:48 is apparently a cameo of Dracula Vlad Tepes from Ganondorf vs Dracula which I don't think you made a video of yet. Even if you don't know either of the characters, it might be worth checking out since it was partially animated by DevilArtemis.
When you are training to use the 8 gates yes you need to go 1 by 1 under rigorous training to just unlock the first one. But once you have been training them for a long time like Guy (and eventually Lee) you can just choose which one to open without having to go through each one individually. Also I would say Guy had more experience since he had been training extremely hard since he was 3 or 4 unlike All Might who stared when he was going into high-school. And the fact the in Naruto you go on missions when you are around 12. D-S. D rank missions can go from walking somone dog to babysitting, or help shopping. C rank are missions with little to no chance of combat against other ninja. Examples are guarding people against bandits or highwaymen, background investigations, eliminating or capturing bandits or thieves, and capturing or suppressing wild animals. B rank missions are anticipated to involve combat with other ninja. Examples are guarding people, espionage, or killing other ninja. A rank missions are concerning, among other things, village-or state-level matters and trends. Examples are guarding VIPs or suppressing ninja forces. S rank missions are assassinating VIPs, and transporting highly classified documents.
Might Guy is faster than light but ehh its whatever. Guy shouldn't need to use the Gate of Death. Even in 7 Gate scales to characters that can destroy continents. Regardless its definitely a stonp. As for Toshinori, All Might they are correct that his best AP (attack potency) feat is the storm feat. It takes an insane amount of energy to create storms because of moving the particles in the air around. United States of Smash is only calced around City level.
The music track for this battle is called “Mighty” by Therewolf Media & Brandon Yates. It’s an amazing song that captures the spirit of both characters!
This battle is awesome! The animation, the music, and the message of passing on your skills to the next generation. A splendid ninja and a worthy hero. This was definitely a splendid battle.
The next battle is Miles Morale VS Static Shock, the premiere for Season 7. Which btw, has re-designs for Wiz & Boomstick. They’ll seem uncanny at first, but hopefully you’ll get used to them.
The reason Guy was in a wheelchair was due to the permanent damage done to his leg by the 8th gate. When he kicked Madara while using Night Guy he destroyed half of Madars upper torso but also completely shattered all the bones in his lower leg. Despite surviving this he was left wheelchair bound permanently.
The reason the United States of Smash wasn't use for his most powerful attack was because that was (as far as I know) was the last of his power being used. But even being generous and saying it doubled his strongest feat when not injured, it still wouldn't come close to Guy.
You didn't notice, Guy was reading the My Hero Academia manga before the battle. And GOD I LOVE THE BACKGROUND SONG! It describe both perfectly. The song is named Mighty.
This is probably one of the better Death Battles simply because they don't really lowball the fighters really at all imo. Helps that a lot of this is just brute force and the usual calculations so there is no issue of wondering if anyone is immune to X move/ability.
TRIVIA TIME!! (As usual, these are from the DB Wikia) WARNING: I don't usually include points regarding the winner of the fight, but there is one of them here. So proceed with caution 1. The connections between All Might and Might Guy are that they are fist-fighting anime heroes, have the word might in their names, and are mentors to an underdog who started out powerless by their canon's definition (Izuku Midoriya and Rock Lee, respectively). Both have suffered crippling injuries from major villains, causing them to retire (with All Might losing half of his digestive and respiratory system to All For One and Might Guy losing the use of his right leg after his fight with Madara Uchiha), and both use powers that can cause harm to their user's body (One For All and the Eight Gates Release Formation technique, respectively). Both were also born without the ability to use the powers of their respective universes (All Might was born Quirkless and Guy couldn't use any Elemental Releases), and both of them usually have a smile on their faces. Both of them used to have a mentor/parental figure of their own early in their lives, who later died after passing their power and legacy onto them (Nana Shimura to All Might/Toshinori Yagi, Might Duy to Might Guy). 2. Guy's voice actor is credited as "Dick Splitter". While fans speculated this meant he was voiced by his actual voice actor from the Naruto anime, Skip Stellrecht, Ben later said on Twitter that Might Guy's voice actor was not Skip Stellrecht, but a different voice actor that chose to remain anonymous. 3. This is the 1st Company-themed episode to be a season finale. 4. This is the 9th Anime-themed episode, after Zoro VS Erza, Natsu VS Ace, Lucario VS Renamon, Naruto VS Ichigo, Jotaro VS Kenshiro, Roshi VS Jiraiya, Sasuke VS Hiei, and Mob VS Tatsumaki, and with the next five being Gray VS Esdeath, Beerus VS Sailor Galaxia, Sanji VS Rock Lee, DIO VS Alucard, and Madara VS Aizen. 4a. This is also the first 3D animated Anime-themed episode. 5. This is the 1st episode where the winner ends up dying 6. This is the 2nd episode in which the winner shows respect to their fallen opponent, via Guy's comment on them having a good fight, after Goku VS Superman 2 7. This is the 2nd Mentors-themed episode after Roshi VS Jiraiya, and with the next 2 being Obi-Wan Kenobi VS Kakashi and Yoda VS King Mickey. 8. This is the 9th episode to feature an original track with lyrics, after Goku VS Superman 2's "Alive", Wolverine VS Raiden's "Exo", Meta VS Carolina's "Slingshot", Ryu VS Jin's "Fight Like A Devil", Optimus Prime VS Gundam's "Wings of Iron", Ultron VS Sigma's "Infection Perfection", Thanos VS Darkseid's "Kings of Infinity", and Ben 10 VS Green Lantern's "Emerald Heroes", and with the next 8 being Miles Morales VS Static's "Watts Up Danger", Gray VS Esdeath's "Lost Ice Storms", Sabrewulf VS Jon Talbain's "Blood Moon", Hulk VS Broly's "Ikari!", Shadow VS Ryuko's "Chaos Unraveled", Blake VS Mikasa's "Thunder Shroud", Batman VS Iron Man's "Suit Yourself", and Goku Black VS Reverse-Flash's "Reverse Rose". 9. This is the 4th episode to be on the trending page of RUclips, after Johnny Cage VS Captain Falcon, Ganondorf VS Dracula, and Mob VS Tatsumaki, and with the next 14 being Gray VS Esdeath, Beerus VS Sailor Galaxia, Zuko VS Shoto Todoroki, Flash VS Sonic, Venom VS Crona, Sabrewulf VS Jon Talbain, Red VS Blue, Sanji VS Rock Lee, Hulk VS Broly, Yoda VS King Mickey, Shadow VS Ryuko, Lex Luthor VS Doctor Doom, Heihachi Mishima VS Geese Howard, and Blake VS Mikasa. 10. This is the first #1 Trending Death Battle to not feature any video game characters, with the next four being Gray VS Esdeath, Flash VS Sonic, Sanji VS Rock Lee, and Hulk VS Broly. 11. This episode is the first season finale to be trending, with the next two being Hulk VS Broly, and Saitama VS Popeye. 12. At the beginning of the animation, Might Guy can be seen reading a fan-made version of My Hero Academia: School Briefs, with it being a manga rather than a light-novel. 13. The songs that Boomstick sang in All Might's analysis were God Bless the U.S.A. (written by Lee Greenwood) and America Fuck Yeah! (from the movie Team America: World Police). 14. This battle was given the nickname "Might Might" during production. 15. Recently, its RUclips release had some clips that cut because some clips were claimed by audio rights holders and had to be trimmed away using RUclips's tools, leaving an awkward cut during a rundown. 16. This is the first episode to have Brandon Yates and Therewolf collaborate on the track, with the next two being Shadow VS Ryuko's "Chaos Unraveled" and Saitama VS Popeye's "Balderdash". 16a. The is the first collab track of theirs to have lyrics, with the next one being Shadow VS Ryuko. TRACK! The track for this fight is called "Mighty" by Werewolf Therewolf and Brandon Yates. It's a high-action heroic-sounding rock piece with lyrics that represent both character's unwavering determination to keep smiling and fight on no matter what. The track title refers to the fact that both combatants have "Might" in their names. The track's cover art is that of a large smiling grin, a trait shared by both characters and their optimistic natures. The left side emanates a sparkling shine, referring to All Might's power of One For All, and the right side shows a red dragon-like aura, referring to Guy's complete Eight Gates and Night Guy technique. Phew...and so you've reached the end of Season 6, one of my favourite seasons in the show's history. While it's a bit sad you missed one of the best fights of the season in Ganondorf vs Dracula, I hope you end up watching it eventually as it is a really good 3D fight. Next up is Season 7, beginning with the season premiere Miles Morales vs Static and imo this upcoming season is one of the weaker ones. Not because it is bad, but because both Season 6 and the one that comes after it, Season 8, is so damn good in comparison.
I'm from New Hampshire and almost no one knows we're even a state so the first time I saw him use new hampshire smash I was like "WAIT HE SAID NEW HAMPSHIRE??"
A bit late, but to answer your question about Guy skipping straight to the 6th Gate, the 8 Gates don't always follow anime logic where you have to announce or even make a big deal out of it. If someone has mastered a lower gate, they can open it without anyone even noticing. In fact, the first time we see a character opening one of these gates, it was Rock Lee opening the 3rd Gate, as he had already opened the first two over the course of his fight with Gaara.
hey Kyle, just to give you an idea on how fast Gai can go: in his 8th gate, he kicked Madara so fast, Gai broke space/time, and kicked Madara so hard that Madara's ribs shattered, and Madara lost his left arm and leg. Gai didn't come out unscathed though, Gai's entire skeletal system that is in his foot and thigh, and most likely his kneecap, was completely destroyed. from just one kick. imagine if that foot, or any other body part, including the head, was aimed at Madara's face.
You talked over it (not surprised), they specifically state at the end even though Guy would die soon after from the 8th Gate, it still counts as a victory since he did land a killing blow first. Like many of us have said, there's no more draws from here on out.
Yeah that's what still surprises me about all these RUclipsrs making Death Battle reaction videos, you don't have to like or agree with the outcome of the fight, but if they stopped talking over the important information they might understand more about the characters an the outcome of the fight
14:33 Holy shit, my dude! You are jacked! Well Done! "Who knows? Maybe [you]'ll be the next Super Saiyan." Time for VA Fun Facts! All Might was voiced by Kaiji Tang. This dude seems to have a lot of anime and video game roles under his belt. The only one that has any noteworthiness in relation to this channel...is one that I'm taking with a grain of salt. He's credited with being Tsuzuku is the much requested (by me) Terrain of Magical Expertise, as well as being Yubel and Announcer #2 in Yu-Gi-Oh Bonds Beyond Time Abridged. Both of those were under the pseudonym, Juicey Flannigan. The reason I'm perplexed by this one is that, while the character Tsuzuku is very much a guy and I can actually hear the comparison, Yubel and the announcer are very much female and sound nothing similar. Either Kaiji has ridiculous range and can convincingly both male and female characters, or the pseudonym used across two different series is causing confusion. Might Guy...is credited as Dick Splitter. Here we go, more aliases and pseudonyms. There's yet to be a fully confirmed VA, but it's believed to be Xander Mobus. This was apparently called out by Alejandro Saab, a fellow reactor as well as Voice Actor (he was actually in a previous Death Battle that I did a fun fact for). Xander Mobus is one you would know as the modern announcer for the Smash Bros. Series, as well as the voices of DeadPool and Jimmy Firecracker with TeamFourStar.
Fun fact: The voice actor for this fight...was NOT Skip Stellrecht. Okay, so funny story. Guy was credited as "Dick Splitter", which made a lot of people assume it was his official VA. Ben Singer confirmed the VA just wanted to be anonymous and was not Skip, they've never straight up denied getting official voice actors before. Just goes to show how well Dick nailed the acting.
Also the song is “mighty”, one of the better death battle tracks, alongside suit yourself, hollow eyes, wings of iron, balderdash, and hell over heaven
they dont do earlier or newer versions of character they put them in the death battle at their maximum potential so really they are using an all might that essentially never got struck but kept the training and experience after he had taken the blow
Fun fact that they didn't mention (i think), you know that Madara Uchiha guy they always bring up with how insanely busted he is? As Guy is charging up his 'night guy' move, before he's even hit by it, He declares Guy to be 'the strongest of them all' and is THRILLED to be fighting him. Like 'Alucard when Anderson shows up' levels of Thrilled. And he was always kind of considered a joke character, like Rock lee was before...well....the Gaara fight. MHA and Naruto both excel at hype fights.
This was a complete mismatch. From the moment i heard about this fight back then i said All Might doesn't stand a chance against Guy. All Might best feats don't compare to Guys. Guy can kick so hard he literally bends space. That's black hole levels of force...and somehow they didn't even mention that
Duck 11:48 maybe to appreciate the full power effect of Guy beating on Madara you should watch a clip of Madara when he shows up and casually decimates the United Shinobi army its looks like a scene out of Kung Fu Hustle Madaras punching kicking throwing and smacking everyone around him bodies are flying in all directions the only thing missing is the pinball sound effects ....f you are interested the exact episode is 322 of Naruto Shippuden the episode starts with him Showing up then he spends the entire episode flexing on everyone and "no you'ing" their counters to his techniques its Brilliant
I just realised it's gonna take a whole two more seasons before you get to my all time favourite episode, managing to overthrow Meta vs Carolina and Solid Snake vs Sam Fisher on my top 10 favs. For those who don't know which one I'm on about... I'm strong to the finich...
Once again, here's the list of Death Battles for Season 7 (figured I do that now so you have time to write it down when you start): Miles Morales VS Static, Black Canary VS Sindel, Leonardo VS Jason, Genos VS War Machine, Gray Fullbuster VS Esdeath, Goro VS Machamp, Cable VS Booster Gold, Obi-Wan Kenobi VS Kakashi, Danny Phantom VS Jake Long, She-Ra VS Wonder Woman, Beerus VS Sailor Galaxia, Zuko VS Shoto Todoroki, Wally West VS Archie Sonic, The Seven Battle Royale (a special irregular episode and is divided into two videos), Winter Soldier VS Red Hood, Venom VS Crona, Sabrewuld VS Jon Talbain, Red VS Blue, Batgirl VS Spider-Gwen, Sanji VS Rock Lee, and Hulk VS Broly. I'm going to be doing this from now on so, if you skiip another episode due to "spoilers", you won't skip the episode after by accident.
It is kind of weird to see that they had Guy use the 8th gate, making All Might atleast a Ten Tails level threat... Even 7th Gate Guy shows impressive feats that should be able to defeat All Might.
Few little things I like to point out is that around the time they was doing this Death Battle the movie wasn't out just yet so they might do some sort of rematch at some point or they'll just leave it as it is and also this is one of my few favorite battles
i dont know about the ligth of allmigth speed. mmm...You can see the light turn on super fast even if its a mile away. that just looked like a ligth speed...definetely not 29 times faster
I'm a little disappointed they didn't mention, during his fight with Madara, Might Guy moves so fast he bends the fabric of space. Possible my favourite Might Guy scene and it only lasts a second.

Thanks for the callout! No need to fear! I am here!!!!….to not do what I normally do because I don’t know SHIT about Naruto! Ordinarily I’d just sit here all day measuring All-Might at his best. And I’ve calculated that to Deku before. And basically in short terms injured All-Might is 20x Deku. And 1,200x him in his prime. Based on a few lines and scaling what he does compared to Deku. And Deku is building his way to those levels across the show basically. That is the FASTEST way I can say it. But with that, yeahhhhh I wasn’t going to say Might Guy was going to lose. Even though the 8th gate of death is what would happen to Deku going 100% full cowling without Eri to put in perspective. Aaaaand yeah, Naruto main characters have consistently outperformed MHA ones. Don’t even need show experience to say that. But I am pretty sure All-Might at his best could destroy a literal country. Much like Japan. But when Naruto characters can put holes in the moon, MHA characters can’t do that. And that at the end of the day is all you need to know going in.
This wasn't even fair, Might Guy outclasses him in speed, power and technique. Looking at feats he would have had the battle wrapped up before the 5th gate.
Personally, I think if a combatant has to kill themselves to win, it’s a tie. Sure they kill the other opponent, but for what? They still die in the end. And they used the argument that he killed all might first, but what if it’s a suicide move that causes the user to die first. Like say there is a bomb in their chest. They die first, but does it still count as them winning?
Might Guy may have tied in the animation, but he wouldn't actually need the seventh or eighth gate to kill All Might. They were just trying to make it more dramatic.
Hey, what characters would all of you (Duck included) want to see in Death Battle? Do you have any opponents in mind for them? I wanna see Ranma Saotome from Ranma 1/2, and Duck I know you've never heard of that series but it was an action comedy from the '80s and '90s by the same woman who later wrote Inuyasha. The main character is a teenage boy who has the strange ability to learn new martial arts skills in a very short time, and in his world, martial arts take a very strange turn. Anything from figure skating to rhythmic gymnastics to speed eating is a martial art in that series. Oh and he also turns into a woman if he's hit with cold water. And his most powerful move is one he can only use if he's in a fugue state from the sheer trauma of his fear of...um...cats (his dad had tied fish to him and threw him in a pit of hungry cats to learn this move, not knowing that the ancient tome it was described in said that only a total idiot would actually undergo this training). So anyway I'd want to pit him against another teen phenom who learns new skills quickly and has a ridiculously specific qualifier for their ultimate move, and that leads me to Sakura Kasugano from Street Fighter. Heck, they could even start the fight at a hot dog eating competition!
I've had a few come up in Death Battle, Aang, Kakashi, hell even Jinx from League of Legends is coming up. They even did my Dream Match Up with Alucard. I actually wanted a few Team Match Ups, but as time passes, the more I think they'll never happen due to their reasoning being that there are too many characters to focus on. However, there are still a few characters I would like to see in Death Battle. Ruby Rose Vs. Maka Albarn is definitely 1 of them, but we still have yet to see Ruby's maximum potential, so it'll be awhile before that happens. I also want to see League of Legends get represented more (Hell, I feel they've been way overdue to appear in Death Battle). So I came up with Annie (League of Legends) Vs. Scylla (Smite), 2 Child Characters that are very dangerous and have a sort of Pet by their side. Another Match Up that I pretty recently found out was Henry Stickmin Vs. Red? (Dick Figures). I know nothing about Dick Figures, but after watching a lot of people (Mostly Vtubers) play the Henry Stickmin games, I started thinking "What if Henry Stickimin was in a Death Battle?", but I couldn't think of anyone who would face him. So I decided to search up Yuoutube videos to see if anyone has thought of an opponent for him and I got a lot of different results. So I couldn't tell which Match Up was optimal for him, until I found a result that had more than 1 video on, and that was I guess Red from Dick Figures. Now, there are a few more Match Ups I want, but this is going a bit long, so I'll just finish it up with my next most wanted Death Battle, Alexander Anderson (Hellsing) Vs. Hidan (Naruto). I've been wanting other Hellsing Characters to be in Death Battle (Since it's my #1 favorite Anime) and Anderson is the only one I can think of an opponent for. So yeah, those are the characters I want in Death Battle.
@@fireball1249 Anderson would be great but I'd be sad if they couldn't get HBI2K, who voiced him in Ultimate Abridged, since I think he retired from acting. Isn't Maka vs Ruby confirmed once RWBY ends, whenever that is?
@@BJGvideos Either that, or it's when Ruby's maximum potential is revealed when she masters her Silver Eyes. Either way, it's confirmed to be happening.
This fight came down to who could land the death blow first. They're both powerful and capable of delivering a finishing blow but it came down to speed really. As great as All Might is, Guy was just simply faster. The only way All Might wind is by throwing the finishing blow before he enters the gates, because even base Guy is absurd.
If you do decide to react or watch Naruto at some point in the future, you’ll see just how powerful a ton of these characters are. Nevertheless, glad you liked the death battle!
The result is basically correct at the time the video was made, but the unnecessary dramatization cause people to misinterpret the battle as a draw. Guy honestly wouldn't even have needed all 8 Gates, which the deathbattle team later stated in a podcast.

It was actually 7th gate, but the point is still there.

@@user-vi3bm2mx2h not to mention doesnt madara say after taking the attack from 8th gate guy “you bastard! I almost died”
B rank u meant to say escorting people which MIGHT involve combat.
Yeah.
If I remember right, Lee started off with the fifth gate in the genin trials in his bout against Gaara.
@@miciso666 that's what anticipate means.
@@thehowlinggamer5784 Lee went through each one, but we only saw him use 1,2, and 5. But he did verbally say when he activated each gate.

It's been a long while, so I probably just remembered wrong.😜
I love how wholesome this fight was. Also awesome how this was basically a friendly arm wrestling contest gone too far.
The choreography in this one was immaculate (in other news, love the tank top 😳🤭🤭)
Thank you!
in the after show they said that the 6th or 7th gate would have been enough to take down prime all might, they just made Guy use all 8 gates for drama
This is hands down one of the best fight they have ever made
They actually forgot to mention something very important about Night Guy, his ultimate attack.
He moves so fast, he WARPS SPACE.
Yeah.
This is one of my favorite death battles
7:39 Duck the Hidden Leaf Village is just the name of the village. It's "Hidden" in the forest. Every village has Hidden in the name.
Ohhh
(As usual, these are from the DB Wikia)
WARNING: I don't usually include points regarding the winner of the fight, but there is one of them here. So proceed with caution
5. This is the 1st episode where the winner ends up dying
6. This is the 2nd episode in which the winner shows respect to their fallen opponent, via Guy's comment on them having a good fight, after Goku VS Superman 2
I'd have a hard time thinking of two superheroes less alike than All Might and Batman hehe
I really like this battle.
Just imagine how fast your heart would have to beat to make your blood boil, so cool.
That would be insane

This was one of the best season finales the shows has ever made. Also the song is called “Mighty” by Brandon Yates and Therewolf Media
Fun Fact about this death battle. This is the first death battle with an original score that has lyrics.
bit in a dip. hopefully i will feel better watching this.
thanks ducky for uploading so much.
And he wasn't in great condition either after fighting in you know... the fourth ninja war!
"I wouldn't want to fight these two"
I don't know about you, but I wouldn't want to fight anyone who's been on death battle.
Hm. Pinkie Pie maybe since I could easily convince her not to fight.

Well Done! "Who knows? Maybe [you]'ll be the next Super Saiyan."
Time for VA Fun Facts!

Saitama would like to know your location
This is my 3rd favorite finale for Death Battle (behind Goku VS Superman & Saitama VS Popeye)
Also the song is “mighty”, one of the better death battle tracks, alongside suit yourself, hollow eyes, wings of iron, balderdash, and hell over heaven
when you get to season 7 there's some good ones in season 7
they dont do earlier or newer versions of character they put them in the death battle at their maximum potential so really they are using an all might that essentially never got struck but kept the training and experience after he had taken the blow
Sounds like you need to react to Lee vs Garra. Best fight ever.
You know what he should react to? Mother's Basement videos about some of the fights in MHA
Yes, I 100% second this. I even go more in depth about what Mother's Basement does in an earlier Season Reaction Episode.
Omg, this next deathbattle us a VERY personal one to me! But I will explain when you post it!
The songs for death battle can be found by the channel brandon yates
This was a complete mismatch. From the moment i heard about this fight back then i said All Might doesn't stand a chance against Guy. All Might best feats don't compare to Guys. Guy can kick so hard he literally bends space. That's black hole levels of force...and somehow they didn't even mention that
If I remember right the next Death Battle is Miles Morales from Marvel Vs Static Shock from DC comics. Prepare yourself for that one.
Next stop: My favourite season in the show!
They forgot to mention that Guy's kicks can bend space when he's in that final form.

I'm a little disappointed they didn't mention, during his fight with Madara, Might Guy moves so fast he bends the fabric of space. Possible my favourite Might Guy scene and it only lasts a second.
I like too imagine that the fight is a argument from Deku and Lee on who is stronger xD

I don't know why they said that all might's age is 49 when his age has never been stated
True
Just so you know, Lee and Guy are not related. Lee looks like him because he idolizes Guy.
Guy doesn’t even need the 8th gate to beat all mid
This fight came down to who could land the death blow first. They're both powerful and capable of delivering a finishing blow but it came down to speed really. As great as All Might is, Guy was just simply faster. The only way All Might wind is by throwing the finishing blow before he enters the gates, because even base Guy is absurd.
Might guy is like high continent level
All might is like low city level 🙏
since guy's "ultimate" comes with the use of the 8th gate - wouldn't that makeit impossible to win that way and at best end as a draw?!

The result is basically correct at the time the video was made, but the unnecessary dramatization cause people to misinterpret the battle as a draw. Guy honestly wouldn't even have needed all 8 Gates, which the deathbattle team later stated in a podcast.
