cute saka wala na gumagawa maliit na bahay sa manila. masaya na ako sa ganitong bahay.😁 questionable lang yung lugar ng staircase, sana nilagay nila gilid ng bahay. papalitan ko din ng granite tiles yung flooring, high maintenance ganyang flooring, madali magasgas, nagiipon ng dumi.

Ang ganda ng presyo at location. Meron po bang white yung walls and hindi stucco yung walls? For easy maintenance. The flooring and wall bricks are already dust catching materials.

How much the first unit?isabel unit? PM me. Thanks, hindi lang nag match ang color green wall paint sa vigan motif. Mas gusto ko kung white color or like narra natural color ( light beige sana). Mas ok yun first house. I like a big main door.

Outdated. Masyado ng luma ang design. Sana nilagyan ng konting combination ng modern lalo na sa color ng interior. Anyway, yong setback po ay hindi lang 2meters sa palibot ng bahay. Kz yong parking po dapat ay nasa 3 meters.
