Now THAT'S something for me to work towards!! You've made that CC-01 into a fine off-roader!
I've nearly finished my Landfreeder. I've been NUTZ over Tamiya since the beginning (1985 for me!). Mine hasn't even scooted the carpet yet - and it's heavily modded!! And - I *may* have solved the sloppy steering issue!
I also sent a join request to the Facebook CC-01 Owners group.
    AWESOME video!

Thank you for sharing this well made exellent video!
This video shows how good the Tamiya CC01 chassis is, unmodified, a very good offroader, with sensible modifications, like your CC01, a very capable crawler.
Still very good today after 21 years, of of Tamiyas best designs, I think.
Hopefully you can make a video on how you modified it.
    Cheers.

pitstep RC Channel I wanted my txt-1 move slow and realistic and tried some reductions. But then I took the novak from the f350 and it moved the txt really good even with all its heavy upgrades. Now I just installed rc4wd 45 turns motors in all the rigs that I wanted to move like your Pajero and attach the novak esc to any that I want to use at the moment.

Thanks for the answer. I use the transmission I can drive downhill very slowly. I have paid for engine controls and transmission 50 euros Functional super

      Heavy wheels and good tires.
Steering is itself built and backlash.
I have installed the Hpi reduction gear.
      The battery is up front.

I'm not familiar with the cc01 chassis so if this is a stupid question forgive me. Is your reduction in the transmission or the differential?

    • @pitstepRCChannel
      @pitstepRCChannel  9 лет назад

Yes in the Transmission. It is in this video to the sensitivity when driving with this gear
