Actually for 4, no. And I'm glad that isn't the case by Marty Isenberg. I prefer if my favorite boy comes back like normally again. However, it is stated that Slipstream revives him in Megatron Must Be Stopped Part 1. Alongside other Decepticons who died in the beginning of Season 4 (if you watch Trial of Megatron); Shockwave, Lugnut and Blitzwing. Slipstream recruits them, and Starscream takes charge to join them after what Megatron did to them. They didn't revive Sunstorm and Ramjet, cause Starscream hated these 2 so badly and is satisfy of them be shredded to pieces after being thrown to the reactor. Sadly ain't gonna happen for 10 either, because both Marty and Derrick J Wyatt already did that surprise pull off with Omega Supreme. And don't wanna do it again for Metroplex or Trypticon (as what we all hoped for). The rest are pretty much likely, we'll have to wait when Marty Isenberg is gifted permission, and HBO Max gets the rights from Hasbro (CN doesn't have the rights anymore) so we can get what we all wanted.
