Actually, I made this into a high end grinder. Just nicely even grind and No clumps of any Kind! I never could go this fine on grind size. It would have pump locked the shot pull. Now my espresso shot also almost aways about .2 or .3 or dead on tds from the last!
No clumps is Always Best! Try slow feeding it and let me know what you think. Remember slow feeding show lower your shot times, so you may have to readjusted
