Fairwarning, this comment may be very long. I would first like to say that I can come up with a defence for Six eating Runaway Kid, that being that her Hunger is unnatural. It comes at random times and seems that it is painful to the point that she may die if it is not satisfied. More so, it seems to be a curse, one that was made from guilt (that's a different theory however). Bottomline is, I don't think Six is herself when she is experiencing the Hunger. Another thing I'd like to tell you is that there 3 other little nightmares related things that you may want to check out. Very Little Nightmares, a mobile game that I think is the first in the timeline and may also shed light on Six's past, the Digital Comics which came out alongside Little Nightmares 2, and The Sounds of Nightmares, a podcast which reveals much of the lore. Just to let you know. Enjoyed the video overall. Good job.

Six got an upclose and personal look at how the meat in the Maw was caught, sent to the chefs, and served. She assumed that the sausage was made out of human meat because of this, and opted to eat the gnome, as she didn’t know it was human. In her attempts to not commit cannibalism, she unintentionally killed and ate the Runaway. It’s explainable and understandable, maybe not 110% forgivable, but still understandable nonetheless. All of her actions are like this. If you have any questions, I’d be thrilled to help a fellow LNs fan by taking a crack shot at answering a few.
