the information is not sufficient, because I was trying to apply visa for Georgia. By insufficiency I mean what kind of documents are to be uploaded and in what format. Bank statements have be uploaded each month separately. Normal debit card will not be used unless it is activated for international transactions. Please be more detailed .

You need to select a check box during the application process and then upload the docs. In this case, if you did not upload they may ask for it over email or can give you relaxation but it all depends on the visa officer.
