Process in sequence
Material loading
1. Degreasing Tank (caustic soda, MOC - polypropylene)
2. Water Rinse Tank (Demineralized water, MOC - polypropylene)
3. Acid Tank (HCL, MOC - polypropylene)
4. Water Rinse Tank (Demineralized water, MOC - polypropylene)
5. Pre-Flux Tank (zinc chloride + ammonium chloride, MOC - polypropylene)
6. Hot Air plate
7. Zinc Kettle (50 mm thickness CLASS A DSQ plate)
8. Quenching Tank (cooled water, MOC - Mild steel)
9. Passivating Tank (passivation, MOC - Mild steel)
Material Un-loading
Accessory free with the plant
1. Mild steel fabricated frame with epoxy coated for the tank.
2. Drain valve, inlet valve, out let valve - MOC polypropylene
3. Water cooling tower
4. 1 Ton lifting capacity hoist - 2 Nos. (Without fabrication)
5. Electric Control Panel box for operating furnace
6. Centrifugal dryer of 50kg capacity
7. Fume Extractor for the acid tanks

For myself I'm a full-time hot dip galvanizer I work for perry metal protection. To these guys safety comes first this is a big no no. Nobody should be working without PPE that's safety boots face mask face shield safety helmet and overalls and should be wearing red rubber hand protection I should come work here

As a galvanizing engineer I will suggest first take care of all the PPE and also the layout is not safe. You have a scope to improve your production.

Ammonium chloride power. This is bad habbit. Not at all useful
