I cut 75% of my sugar habbits & all red meats I cut out. I cut out all starches that's white like pasta, rice, & Grits & white bread....I cut out sodas. I got a bullet blender blending veggies and fruits...We as OG'S gotta take care of ourselves & lead by example...I'll be praying for you Big homie & do the same for me OG...
