    This was great! I think C'Thun works much better like this instead of the version that had him as a minion summoned to the board at the start of the game. This also leaves out all those elements of deck-thinning, and Vek'lor is a great solution for a tutor. Generally taking the Galakrond approach seems like the right approach.
    Now for what I really wanna talk about: That intro. Just... wow. It very much felt like a real Hearthstone trailer, and if there had been no subtitles I could almost be convinced it was 🤩🤩🤩 The different artworks match in style AND perfectly fit the theme. I am really in awe!

    This is a very interesting concept! I'm curious if the current insanity package in Warlock would be negated in terms of cost for c'thun? Would you get the benefits of insanity while also getting benefits from c'thun or would it be more like the package gets weaker in not giving you the benefits on things like crescendo but you get to invoke in exchange?

      I would imagine that yes your cards that say take fatigue would draw these Worships instead. But since they all benefit from the damage the fatigue deals to you, none of them would function. For example if crescendo drew a Worship, since you technically didn't take any fatigue damage, the spell would deal 0 damage to all enemies.

    Finally a counter to mill decks. One of the most toxic archetypes

    That's a cool idea, though removing Fatigue altogether is probably too strong. Feels a bit like dropping The Demon Seed on 7. Definitely worse, but I think it's maybe an unfun gameplay pattern.

      Very few games actually reach fatigue anymore. The days of 45 minute control priest v warrior games that go through your entire deck making Kazakusan and similar cards viable are past.

      @jakewaitart9507 this is a neutral card and we have multiple deck destruction tools, across Rogue and Warlock and infinite draw tools in DH, Druid and Mage. Getting yourself into fatigue isn't hard. It's like replacing Mecha'thun with a card that has a reasonable cost and easier conditions.

    I love this idea, hearthstone has been around for a decade, and almost every part of the core game has been use for a dramatic drastic game changing effect, except for fatigue...
    I really like your approach, it still prevents the game from lasting for ever (but by making u win 😈)

    What will happen if you were to use this C'thun with fatigue indusing cards that scale with it's damage?

    Honestly this idea is so interesting more so if it was expanded to cover each of the old god each one shared between a few classes.

    Dude, fatigue is used by the Fatigue Warlock meta-deck. I like the idea - but a 7 mana card is also too slow for standard warlock.

    • @jakewaitart9507
      @jakewaitart9507 4 дня назад

      This wouldn't work with Fatigue Warlock, the cards in that package are affected by the damage you would take from the fatigue draws.
